Today, I take a day off, and chill myself alone. I need to de-stress myself from all the workload in office.
So, I woke up early morning, drive to Putrajaya and having my breakfast at Starbuck Coffee shop. I think I’m too early where nobody people in the coffee shop, reached here around 8.15am, ordering Teriyaki Sandwich with single layer cheese and Frappuccino Mocha 😃 Awesome 🥰
Reached early means I can choose a good place to chill, awesome 😍Hahahaha..its still empty ..I feel good about it..🥰❤Yeahhhhhh I’m just chilling myself…after couple of minutes, I can see some people bring their laptop to work here. I had decided that, I want this kind of life, but the difference is, I dont want to bring laptop and work with people. I wanna bring laptop to manage my own businesses. But I have not decided what kind of business that suit my lifestyle . let’s see and explore it 🥰❤🥰
Okay, later I’m gonna date myself by watching Fast X alone. hahaha..then I’m gonna buy casual sport shoe to go to office.

Okay, I got some golds jewelry where I kept in the bank. So, from the total amout of the gold, bank will give me 80% cash. To be honest with you, if you don’t have any necessity, don’t put your gold jewelry in the bank, coz you need to pay some “upah” to keep the jewelry. The definition of “upah” is similar like interest, but very low in amount. Well, I don’t see any difference between upah and interest. 🤷♀️
So, it happens again, my credit card piled up reach to its limit. So now, I’m struggling to settle of any interest related to bank. For houses, can’t do anything about it as OPR has increased tremendously for past years. I was thinking to let go one of my house, but when I saw the view is spectacular, I think I will just rent it out first. 😃
I fell in love with the view of this house, so I bought it when im 27 years old. People are busy marrying at my age that time, but I’m busy buying property 😗
Okay, back to my story. So, I was thinking, for the next salary I’m gonna take all my jewelry in the banks, and I’m gonna buy my target bangle. The rest, I’m gonna sell it and pay off the debt. Coz, I need to spend some money for the house, to make over and rent it out again. As I told you from previous post, the tenant has move out from my house and went back to their hometown in Kedah.
Well, I think this is the best way, to reduce the bank’s interest, to get my aim bangle and as well to pay off some debts. To be honest, I think buying property is really troublesome 😂. I need to take out some money from my own pocket for repair and make over it. I next rental fee, I will need to keep some extra, so I won’t spend from my own pocket anymore.

Yesterday, I installed my new Bar Chair as I’m buying some little things for my 1st home. My tenant for past 7 years has moved out from the house. They said, they had been transferred to their hometown in Kedah. So, last Friday was the last day and they handed over the key to me.
I think it’s not a right time to sell the house yet, so I’m gonna rent it out with higher rental fee due to raises in OPR for the house loan. I did some calculation, to include all hidden charges like taxes, and maintenance, so I’m gonna have positive cash flow and not suffer later.
I will post out the make over for the house in next topic, supposely to go by today to measure the curtain and paint the furniture, but I fell sick and having terrible fever. Maybe in upcoming Saturday, if no plans.
So, this is the Bar Chair, and I really don’t know what the extra wood for. Some extra woodTadaaaa…I have my existing craft stuffs, jute, ribbon, burlap etcThis is the wood. it looks white coz the covered it with plastic. I really dunno why. hahaha. So, when I opened the plastic, it looks like this.I have random jutesome place ribbon n jute ribbon, I guess the name was 🤷♀️Fake pearl for decoration.Just newly bought this at RM 2.40 @ecoshop.
In the making of Aesthetic Wall Frame 😃🥰
1. First, we need to do the tassle. It’s super easy. Just wrap your finger multiple times, I did here using 3middle fingers with 10 loops. 2. After done, put a pencil like this, and tie the tassle. Make sure it won’t open. I did glue the tassle, so it will keep in the place. 3. Then, I’m testing out using which ribbon/jute for the frame. Nah, it’s not nice using same color and pattern for the rope.4. So, I’m ended up using the ribbon, with different colors (brown and cream) 😃😃😃5. I glued all the ribbon onto the wood, and measure it accordingly so all gonna look symmetry for both side. 6. Tada!!! this is the final product. I’m gonna print out some quotes and glued it here. In my house, I have most quotes rather than photos. hahahaha. I cant wait to go and do some touch up on the interior.
So, that’s all my mini diy project for now. I can’t wait to do the make over for the house and rearrange everything. I’m budgeting everything to be rm3k, including water heater, ac, TV, curtain etc.

Last Friday, I’m visiting the 5 star hotel at Putrajaya – Pulse Grande Hotel. I really need a good break, and having my own time there. Whenever I felt about to burn out from work, I will reward myself by locking down myself in a good hotel.
Let’s check this out..
This is the entrance of the Pulse Grande Hotel entrance. As you can park your car at the near by parking lot with free of charge ❤The original lobby at Level 3 was in progress of renovation. I should say the interior is quite old, and need to do some renovation. The temporary Lobby was at Level 2. Picture shows the view from the parking. Parking is a bit far, but don’t worry, there is a free buggy pickup and drop at the entrance of the Lobby. But, I don’t like waiting, so I just walked 😃From the temporary entrance, you can see the Receptionist on your left, and straight path to the room’s lift on your right. Drop by at the receptionist for check-in, they will ask your Identity Card for local visitor, and perhaps your passport for foreigner. The receptionist will brief you on which floor the hotel and restaurant, and what time the room service will be available. If you bring your car, they will ask your Plat Number for their records. From the receptionist, there are 2 type of elevator. On the right side is transparent elevator, which you can see the garden and small river downstairs. The other elevator also can bring you to the rooms, however it’s not transparent and it’s a normal elevator. Well, I want to see the view, so I’m using this transparent elevator to my room. 🥰When I’m entering the room, there is huge foyer infront of the room. I think this is the biggest foyer so far I had experience for hotels 😃. The left side is wardrobe and right side was the bathroom.The bathroom is spacious compared normal hotel I went in KL. There is separate bathtub, shower and bowl. You can enter for 3 or 4 pax inside the bathroom!! hahahaha 😂So, the unique part for this hotel room is that, it has opened window for bathtub to the room!! I can see it’s very convenient for those who want to have honeymoon here..or just to bring kids for having fun in bathtub. It’s kinda a good idea for me. So, this is the big and comfortable bedroom in the room. I think there is a decoration services as well if you want to celebrate your memories day with some extra charges. I don’t know how much, you may check out by calling the hotel 😃The overall view from one of the room corner.There is a chair and table if you want to write or work with your laptop. On top of the table, there is a pencil and note, just in case if you need to write and leave a note.I’m kinda like the switches for the room. 🥰It has appropriate label on each of the switches. The view from bedroom to the bathroom.the view from the bathroom to the bedroom.Separated shower, bowl and bathtub I like the water pressure for the shower and love the built in rack. The toiletries. Shower gel and shampoo The room has bathrobes and indoor shoes. I really love the bathrobes, it’s very much comfortable. 🥰The mirror. Some refreshment…Coffee and TeaI brought my fairy light each time I went to hotel. It gave me relaxing vibes and chill ambience 🥰❤🥰
So, I just stay for a night, and I didn’t take their breakfast. Maybe once I got time, I will rebook again and try their breakfast. It’s just a day escape from a hectic life I had for past few months.
I really love the view, it was quiet and tranquil surrounding the hotel. This is the view from the balcony.
The next morning, I check out a bit early around 11am. You can check in after 3pm, and check out before 12pm at this hotel. When u check out, the receptionist will ask u if buggy required. I just feel too lazy to wait for the buggy, so I just walked to my car 😃😃😃
On the way back, I just took some snap photo at their garden. Oh!! If you stay here, this place has a very nice lights garden that you can walk casually with your love one here.
That’s all. It was worth it to chill and relax, to get urself a refreshment after a tiring weeks/months from work.

Last Saturday I managed to make an appointment for body massage! Yeehaa!! It was really a hectic life for past few months, now only I can manage to have my “me time”. Insya Allah, in future..I want to do something so that I will have more time for me and my family. 🥰
I booked with Makcik Urut – A body massage spa, and took Pakej Delima, where I got complimentary Foot Therapy, Body massage (u can choose either traditional massage or aromatherapy massage, and this package I took has Tungku (where they will put a hot river stone on ur body). I don’t recommend the traditional massage, it’s painful for me. haha. probably I will choose aromatherapy in my next visit. The foot therapy, I think they put salt and some flowers..and leave it for 20minutes before the body massage. Hurmm..They have variety ways, some on the table like this, other with chair, and lot of it, they have mattress on the floor for massage. The rest of the spaces. The partition is curtain between one to another. This is mine, They will give you the “Batik” clothes and towel to cover up. You will need to take of ur clothes, and put on the clothes. 🙈 For those who not used to it, you will feel awkward at first time 🙈🙈🙈
Okay, after 1hour n 20min, they will provide green tea. To be honest, I will give 7/10 stars, because the therapist they gave me, she whack my veins..hahaha..next time I need to choose better Therapist who has more experience so that they can adjust to our body needs. Don’t forget to make a survey which therapist had good experience, it’s very important to make an appointment with them first and check their availability. Hahahaahaha…Till then…I think I need to have a looking treatment for myself…like a week holiday. Hahaha..till then..see u in my next post..Im gonna check out one 5star hotel soon.
Hey guys!!!! How are you doing?? Hope you are all good and sounds. So, today I’m gonna share how I make my easy dumplings. Its been few days back Im craving for dumplings. You know, nowadays when you buy food from restaurant, you will get a tasteless, expensive and vegie dumpling (eventhough you are actually bought beef/lamb dumpling), its all vegie you gonna taste (less meat, lots of vegie) 😂
So, here we go..a simple dumpling from Sofia 😃
1. Firstly, you gotta buy meat. It depends on you what kind of meat you wanna use. I’m using beef meat here 😋2. Then, you need to chop garlic, onion, chives, salt, grind black pepper, and some marinated sauce.

Okay, you got a loooooot of options for marinated sauce. Some love to add salt and black pepper only, some love to add soy sauce, some love to add chilli sauce. Choose whatever you love, in the end it’s yourself who gonna eat it. So, Im using teriyaki sauce, lil japanese sweet sauce and lil bit of sesame oil. I’m creating my own designated dumplings okeyh!! Hahahaha 😂❤ There is no right or wrong about it 😉
My Japanese sweet soy sauceMy teriyaki sauceMy sesame oil..3. When you chopped everything and pour in lil of your fav marinated sauce, keep it in chiller for overnight. I don’t put in freezer, coz the taste might lil bit different. Keep in a cool chiller, in between the normal chiller and freezer. Next day, you can stir fry the meat, or can put straight to the dumpling skin. Im just being lazy, I just put it on the dumpling skin and steam it 😃4. For dumpling skin, you can make from scratch, but Im too lazy to do that. So I bought the ready made dumpling skin. You can find it in pastry section in market. So, you pick one piece, then place the meat at the centre like this.5. The art of dumplings is how to fold it 🥲 This part is not easy, Im just doing the most simplest ways. You can find a lot of youtube videos on how to fold dumplings and find your fav one ☺6. Okay to steam the dumpling, if you have white thin cloth, you can put it to the bottom of dumplings. This is to avoid torn dumplings. I don’t have that, so I just put in the steamer. If you got better idea, do let me know 😀7. My cute steamer…I can steam, can boil, can cook rice..Its small and cute 🥰8. Tadaaa!!!!! Here my dumplings!!!! Yummy 😋. You can put it in container storage and keep it in chiller.

I don’t have much plan for my Valentine’s..just spending sometime with my Bettas and my dead aquascape. Sigh!
I’ve been looking at my mini-aquarium, and found all my female bettas in this position. Idk what is wrong with them. I guess they were feel bored, so I try to change their home again, back to the original place.
My bettas lining up..🤷♀️Look at that!! They act so weird..but they seem so close to each other. I guess, Female Felo Betta goes well with other Bettas. Candy Betta (Centre) kinda wild compared to Felo Betta. Well, I shall say my Felo Betta is kinda tame, but very sensitive towards water condition. I put them back into their original home. The Redish and Blusih guys were in separate container. My Aquascape gone…after I’m adding more aqua plants. I guess, the light is too little for them. So, I re-do my aquascape, by putting 3 different seeds. 😃Bought some snacks for Netflix day….half day gone for netflix and snacks 😆A simple dinner…instand noodle, eggs, sausage and chilli flakes. Hi everyone!! It’s been awhile I’m not baking. I had bought these brownies and chocolate bar for quite some time, just that I don’t have time to bake it.
Cooking chocolate, Brownies Mix and Cupcake 😃If you bought the ready made mix, it has the instruction at the back. I don’t want to buy any unwanted extra flour. So i bought this. Simple and easy. 😂
How to make a simple brownies, but tasty 🥰
1. Firstly, you pour all the mix into 1 BIG bowl like this. As u read the instruction, it need 85ml water, 50ml vegie oil and 1 egg. Just pour everything, then mix with spatula.2. When u mix, make sure no lump. I don’t like any lump in my cakes/brownies, so I make it smooth possible. Not to use any electric machine, just use spatula and stir it with your hand. Simple and easy to clean 😃3. Chunk the chocolate bar. I don’t like sweet brownies, so i bought Dark Chocolate. If you likr sweet brownies, you can use the normal Milk Chocolate according to your taste bud 😇4. First layer, I pour the mix batter. Then I put the chocolate chunk like this on top. After that, I layer again with the mix batter.5. So, it will looks something like this. Picture before heat it with 180 degree celsius, and about 23 minutes.6. You will know your brownies are ready when the top is crack like this. The box instruction was to stick fork in it. If it’s not stick to the fork, so it’s ready. I just don’t, coz it will look hideous on my brownies 😂 when i feel light, and just nice plus top is crack and dry, I stopped it.7. Tadaaaa~~ its yummy!! 🥰 Top and bottom dry, and moist in between ❤

I’ve been thinking for quiet sometime, how to make the mini-Aquarium didn’t look so messy with the cutie’s food everywhere. Coz, I’m using the Oxygen pump, and it scattered the food everywhere.
So, I’ve looking at the thrown straw in the dustbin, then I’m thinking…shall I try to use it something similar to the floating pool noddle?
This has been thrown into the dustbin for few days…then suddenly the idea came..😇

DIY food feeder using straw 😃😁
1. You will need 2 straws. I’m using the small one, coz my aquarium is really small 😄2. Then, you pinch the bottom of the straw like this.3. At the pinched bottom, you do bent the end into 2 like this.4. Then, you put the bent bottom end, into the upper one. Something like this..tadaaa!!! 😃5. She’s curious about this floating pool…😅Here you go!!! They all know now..”Hey!! Its food!!” Yummy 🥰
I made Hanjuku eggs, not a perfect, but easy to do. Here are some tips on how to make a homemade Hanjuku Eggs.
How to make an easy Hanjuku Eggs (Hard outside and Soft inside)
1. Boils some water on the stove, make sure the water is fully cover the eggs. I used 4 eggs. Don’t put the eggs first, just boil the water alone with medium-high heat.
2. After the water boiled, slower down the heat to slow-medium heat. Set a timer to 3minutes and put the 4eggs inside the boiled water.
3. After 3 minutes, change the position of the eggs. This is to centre the yellow yolk. Roll over all eggs, and set another 3 minutes.
4. Then, switch off the heat and bath the eggs in ice water. Leave it like 3-5 minutes.
5. Then, crack it with spoon. Don’t hit too hard coz the eggs will break apart. Then, you will have..Hanjuku Eggs!!! 🥰
