Hey everybody! Good morning! How are you doing?? Hope you are happy and blessed with your family and friends.

It’s been a lot of things running through my mind lately. A lot of things need to sort and plan. I didn’t know where to start. So, I went for a long walk to chill and relax.

Last Saturday, I went to Taman Tasik Metropolitan, Kepong. Previously, the name waa Taman Layang-Layang. They do some renovation and change the name, perhaps to make it sounds more commercialised? πŸ˜ƒ

So here we go…check these out some photos that I managed to snap πŸ˜€

Okay, you can actually rent bicycle here. They have variety of bicycles to choose. πŸ˜‰

Okay, after went for a long morning walk, I went to the mall, named Melawati Mall. Having Thailand cuisine for my lunch. The restaurant is Boat Noodles ❀

These are stack noodles. There is not much inside the bowl – Small portion. I ordered 6, I guess next time just to order 4, plus the dessert. They have nice steam bread with kaya sauce. Next time, Im gonna order those.

Then, I went home. This is so called my ‘me time’. πŸ₯°

Things to Sort before Entering Year 2023

Hi Everyone..

For the past few months, I’ve been through a turbulent changes in my life. I’m started losing control of myself, my life and my surrounding. It’s a perfect time to slowing down all of the issues and take one by one step to solve it. To get back incharge of my ownself. So, here my longterm goal to achieve before entering Year 2023. Risk to be taken on each of stages, and consequences of each steps taken.

1. Financial base

To list down all monthly budget and to open relevant accounts for a long term savings goal. To track payment on each items such as Insurance, House payment, Credit Card payment etc.

2. Personal relationship

To put on hold for any toxic relationship or anything might leads for fights. I have tired of relationship, as you need to give some extra effort for them. For now, I will just put it on hold, and will check again if it’s really required to have any relationship or not. The risk assessment for a longterm goal will need to resume after the rest of item completed.

3. Work focus on longterm goal achievement

I guess, I had found a good environment workplace, yes it was. Unfortunately, it doesn’t gimme some sort of flexibility in a long run. So, I will need to find a good workplace environment with good colleague, and at the same time gimme some flexibility hours to sort my schedule. I’m loooking for work from home kind of company, so I balance out my life.

4. Family matters

Something that I’m trying to sort now. To make more time with family, to hangout and incharge on family matters. I’m kinda slighly off for pass few months, now it’s time to get incharge with them and spending more time with them.

5. Innerpeace Activities

Recently, I just figure out the company I work now having Zumba classes twice a week, I will start with that first. Later on, I think I will try to resume either my muaythai training or belly dance. Let’s see how.

So, okay. Those 5 things i need to sort before entering year 2023. I hope I can sort it, insya Allah πŸ™‚

Starts Build A Healthy Habits Today πŸ₯°

Hello everyone!! Good Friday! How are you doing? Hope everyone in a good health 😊

Today, I’m gonna start a serious health food intake. Seems, there are few years to go, to enter 40s, I started feel conscious about what am I eating. Let’s check below list, on the initial habits that we need to look into.

5 habits to start healthy lifestyle in 2022

1. Drink a lot of plain water

It is very, very important to drink a lot of plain water. It helps our body to remove excess waste. This also keeps our body from dehydrated.

How to start: Buy a cute big bottle that you love, and bring it along to office, exercise, shopping or whenever you go. Make it a habit to bring water bottle everywhere you go. If you are too lazy or shy to bring a big bottle, you can bring flask to office. Im using hot flask to put any kind of drinks, my hot/cold water, tea etc. So, no one knows whats inside. But, you will need to keep on fill-in the water about 3-4 times, daily πŸ˜…

2. Starts walking instead of driving

Keep your body moving, any kind of movement either dancing, walking, jogging. This is some sort of exercise too.

How to start: When you go to office, try to walk instead of driving a car. If you have public transport to your office, use public transport. Like me, I have an option either to drive or to use public transport. I choose to use public transport. Try to download steps apps, and you will be surprise how much you had to walk daily to/from office. Its been once, I walked 1 round at the huge lake nearby to my house, it turn out the steps not exceeded the daily steps i took to the office πŸ˜‚ it seems i walk daily to office, more than 1 huge lake. πŸ˜ƒ

3. Eat a clean food and right portion

Okay, this is very tough. Sometimes, you just don’t have much time to cook n prep meal, and sometimes you just not in the mood to cook. The rule is simple, you just need to eat quarter vegie, quarter fruits, quarter for meats and quarter carbs.

How to start: Eat varieties but in right portion. Like me, I don’t have much time to cook daily, so sometimes I just bring Quinoa to my office and buy chicken, vegie at the nearby food truck. Before eat, you will need to know what available food categories. They consists of Protein, Carbohydrate, Fibers, Fats dan Dairy. For dairy consumption, you will need to check yourself if you are a type that can eat dairy product or can’t. For me, I can eat it but I will gain more weight with dairy products πŸ˜€ You need to understand your own body first before plan out your meal. It took try and error method for me, as I’m not a doctor πŸ˜ƒ If you have option to check with dietitian, that will be the best.

Back to my stories, yes I bring Quinoa to office, and buy chicken/fish, vegie and fruits at the nearby food truck. Sometimes, i just bought Sandwiches that already have fish, bread and vegie. Easiest and fastest πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

4. Slot some outdoor activities

This a bit tough to do, as Im still working 9-6 for the whole weekdays in office, and get easily tired during weekend.

How to start: I keep 1 day of weekend to rest and the other 1 day out. The resting day, normally I will do laundry, clean up room, bed etc as long as its indoor. For another day outdoor activities like, washing car, morning walk and soon I will slot time for hiking. Yay!! Its been awhile Im not hiking, probably in November Im gonna start back my hiking hobby with my bestie πŸ₯°

5. Stock more fruits and vegetable

Yes, just in case if you keep on feeling hungry, stock with lots of vegetables and fruits, and don’t forget nuts too. Nuts are some sort of good fat such as almond, walnut, sunflower seed etc.

How to start: Buy a pack of mixed nuts and dried fruits, and pack into small container and bring it to office. I will update my snack stack container soon..❀

Home Sweet Home. Virtual decoration for my 2nd home…😘

HeLL-oOooooOoooo everybody!!! How R yoOoouuu?? HoOoopeee everyone sounds and safe. 😘

Okay, today topic…is…let’s virtually design the minimalist house, virtually!! Hahaha..yes. Virtually, coz it’s seems loOooong way to goOoooOooo for my 2nd home to be completed, target to be complete by 2nd half of 2025 πŸ₯Ί

Let’s check this out….all these furniture I search by using actual shopping platform that available in Malaysia πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯°β€

The entrance

Entrance should be, as simple as possible and have multiple functions on each items.

The key holder. I want a simple holder like this, where I can hang keys and have some little space to put things.
The shoe bench, where I can store my shoes, and socks under the seat. It has a seat on top, where I can sit and wear my socks and shoes.
The console table and room divider on the same furniture. Okay, my console table will be as simple as this, where I can put 1 bowl, or tray to keep my wallet from going outside. At same time, can be a divider between the entrance and living room. Giving lil privacy to the living room πŸ₯°

The Living Room

I will keep it as simple as possible, as my house will be small…

A long sofa, either 3 or 4 seaters, and leather materials as its easy to wash n maintain, plus not easily to get smell πŸ˜ƒ
A lazy chair, where I can relax, which kinda match with my main sofa…
The TV, speaker and cabinet. I will have a simple cabinet, but yet elegant which match with the dining storage later. Mounted TV and some simple speaker will be great.
A very simple carpet, I dont like too many design n colors which will make me vomit.
A simple wall decoration…hanging in middle of the living room..
Irregular coffee table…πŸ˜ƒ
And some simple side table, where there is a storage that I can keep my throws and blankets πŸ₯°

The Dining Room

A very simple dining room too…😘

Okay, I dont need a very big dining room. A simple dining table of four like this, which gimme flexibility to seat on, either normal chair, or bench like this..
Okay, on the table, I would love to keep salt and pepper like this kind of shapes. Simple and elegant shapes.
Under the dining table set, I will have this bamboo carpet. I can’t step on cool floor, so I will love it to have some kind of carpet to feel cozy πŸ™‚
Okay, I will have my coffee machine on top of this kind of storage table. I like it to be thin, and yet have some storage where I can keep my toaster, my blender or fruit juice machine. This storage will be located against the wall near to my dining table.
On top of the dining storage cabinet, I will have a big mirror like this, to give “some space” for the small apartment πŸ˜ƒ
A lovely coffee machine 😍 I definitely will need this. I dont really like the normal powder coffee, I love the fresh grinded coffee. Coffee lover in the house ❀

The Kitchen

For kitchen, a simple kitchen cabinet, without handles. Handles can trap dust, so the handle-less cabinet will be a furrrpecct match for me.

Steel cutting board. I used to love wooden cutting board, but after I saw how mould it can be from my mom’s house, I don’t want it now πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… This can function for flour kneading too..
A sink, where I can have multiple function. Can use to wash vegetables and fruits like this.
Induction stove, as I think Im a person who can easily set a fire at home. Haha. Plus, most of my pot will be a cute pot, which will get burn easily the bottom if i use normal stove with fire. Lol
Of course, a carpet every space in the house. I can’t have a sticky floor πŸ˜ƒ
Okay, the bin. I will have covered bin something like this. Not too big, and not too small where I can throw it on a daily basis.

The bedroom

For bedroom, I will love to have some space on the wall where can act as my side table. I need to minimize the furniture and design it smartly, as my bedroom will be very small πŸ˜‚

A smart wall which act as my side table, and as my bed’s header too. I will keep my clock alarm here πŸ˜ƒ
My bed’s frame will be really simple like this, but not my mattress, pillow and duvet. Hahaha..those fabric need to be chosen very carefully, need to be very comfortable and nice to see πŸ˜ƒ I will have separate post for those fabrics. Lol
Okay, I don’t really like bed’s header, coz it doesn’t serve any kind of purpose. I just need, some space of the wall, to put my alarm and this kind of pillow as my bed’s header. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
Last, but not least…my wardrobe which has function as a big mirror as well. So, i don’t need any other space for my full body mirror.
Against the masterbedroom’s big window, I will have this bench where I can sit on top, and have some storage underneath πŸ₯°
Okay, another an unusual things i would love to have in my room is, the fireplace simulation. It can be my sleeping light and perhaps I could find some item which has function as my humidifer as well. Its a good idea, but let’s see if this is also a humidifer or not. If yes, then its a great buy which serve 2 functions at once. πŸ˜ƒ

The bathroom

I really love big mirrors. So, in the bathroom I will find this kind of furniture. It can be mirror, storage and can hang face towel as well. πŸ₯°
Shower…shower…shower….i really love shower, compared to bath tub. Bath tub is good, but not all the time. Shower is on the go, and kinda like a rain for me. A big showet head is awesome, and of course with water heater. I like it to be black and matte, as the normal silver can easily rusted.
The shower floor, I will love to have wooden floor like this, so it won’t be that slippery.

Tiktok…tiktok…3months before 2023…

Hi everyone! Good Friday, everyone! How are you, guys? Hope you are all well and sound.

We are entering October in 2022 now, just 3 months left before we enter 2023. How are you feeling about it? Feeling Excited? Nervous? Happy? Or Sad? Well…well…well..let’s check ourselves goals, either is it has been achieved? Or not yet to achieve? Or Partially achieve?

Well, I have “unlock” some items in 2022. Alhamdulillah. Just, to loose weight goal is still pending. Hahahahaha πŸ˜‚

Looking back at my post in October 2021 with title “It’s Time to Plan Out for 2022 πŸ₯³”, I have achieved some of the things. Weehuu!! πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

1. 100% Financial Freedom

Okay, I almost have Financial Freedom, but unfortunately my credit card pile up again. It seems impossible to live without credit card these days because everything goes cashless. I tried to open up a better account for this purpose in 2023, to replace credit card and use more debit card.

First thing, is to settle off the credit card. Secondly, to open an account with debit card about 10k. Then, after that only will have savings in other investment account. Let’s see, this was my plan to get rid of credit card as I want to be free from giving extra money to banks. LOL

2. Positive working environment

Alhamdulillah, I have found a very good company to work with positive people around, and I can built my career. Thank you for Almighty Allah SWT for this opportunity. πŸ₯°β€πŸ˜˜

3. Minimizing wardrobe

Alhamdulillah, I had finalized my wardrobe cleanup and keep only necessary clothes. I still keep my other clothes, but in the box. When I got time, I wanna take picture and sell it off. The money received, I will pay off Credit Card, and if got some extra, I will save in my Debit Card accounts.

4. Healthy lifestyle

Hurmm, this kinda tough as I live with my family. Hahahaha, it will be easy if I live alone, but I try to stay and keep a healthy lifestyle. Next month, November, I try to slot in hiking activities back into my schedule. Wohooo!!! I can’t wait for it..πŸ₯³

5. Additional goal for 2023: To achieve weight goal 55kgs.

I’m adding another one……To achieve goal weight 55kg. πŸ˜‚ sounds impossible, but determination kills all impossibilities. πŸ˜€

Frankly speaking, I hate most of cardio exercises. Its really a boring exercise for me. I love lift weight so much. But hey, I need to keep it aside first..perhaps to focus on bodycombat more for now, at least. πŸ˜ƒ

6. Additional achievement in 2022 πŸ˜ƒ

Hey, guess what? I met my true soulmate. Haha. Let’s see how things going on..😜

My “kick off” lift weight plan for Month 1, 2 and 3 πŸ™‚

Heyyy everybody!!! How are you doing? Hope you are all fine. πŸ™‚

So, it’s been a month that I’m preparing myself to lift weight again. I started with slow cardio such as belly dance and other slow dance, frequency 3-4 x per day. Then after 2 weeks, Im adding some slow body combat exercise. You will need to know how comfortable your body to add-on the exercises. If you think it’s too intense, try to use slow video and lesser the frequency. So, for me it took me 2 weeks to start my bodycombat exercise (not to intense).

Before that, I have my own equipment for my exercises as below. I have:

  1. A pair 5.0kg plates
  2. A pair 2.5kg plates
  3. A pair 2.0kg plates
  4. A pair 1.75kg plates
  5. A pair 4lb dumbell
  6. Barbell
  7. Step
  8. Small ball – unsure how many grams..i quess about 300gram.

Below are my plan to kick start lifting weight again.

My schedule for month 1:

  1. 1st & 2nd weeks – slow cardio (ie: belly dance, slow zumba dance etc) with frequency 3-4x per week, for 30min session.
  2. 3rd weeks – replacing cardio with slow bodycombat with frequency 3-4x per week, for 30min session.
  3. 4th weeks – adding bodypump with frequency 1-2x per week, for 45min session. [Bodycombat cardio 3-4x + Bodypump 1-2x].

My schedule for month 2:

  1. 5th weeks – to reduce Bodycombat cardio 2-3x, Bodypump 1-2x and adding Yoga 1-2x, but to increase the duration from 45min to 1hour.
  2. 6th – 8th weeks – to maintain, and keep up 6x healthy meals and snacks. By this 6th weeks, I usually will try to keep an eye on my calorie intake – check on my next post on food preparing πŸ˜‰

My schedule for month 3:

  1. 9th – 10th weeks – to fix 7-8 hours daily sleep, prep meals and to continue exercise.
  2. 11th – 12th weeks – repeat and adding some more weight for strength.

Awana Genting Highland resort, is it nice? πŸ˜ƒ

Hye, so last week I went to Genting Highland. Didn’t go for cable car, just chilling and relaxing πŸ₯³

The entrance

Well, last time when I went there before the pandemic, it was an old resort (not well maintained). However, when I went there last week, I can see some changes and differences, and there were also some on going renovation in progress. I think it’s pretty nice, open concept resorts. Check this out..

What I like about is…the cafe 😍

Okay, I think the rest pretty normal, just the cafe looks a bit luxury and chilling 😍

They have an open concept cafe, you can seat whenever you want. I love the music they played, it reminds me of the gym I used to go before. Check these out…

What I like bout this resort is that…it has nostalgia memories when me and my siblings were kids. We came here most of the weekend πŸ₯°β€

Organizing “Gadget” for An Organizer Freak πŸ˜‚

HeLLooOoo everyone!! What’s up? It’s finally here!! So called – My organizing “gadget”…haha..πŸ₯°

So, I bought 3 different sizes of Rattan Box storage, to keep my blankets and other stuffs like my hairband, hair clip, sleeping mask, detox patches etc.

Tadaa!!! Cute rattan storage in different sizes – S, M and L πŸ₯°

The reason I don’t buy big basket for my blankets, is that because Im living in a small room – to keep virtual clutters away πŸ˜ƒ

Oh, and another things, the grey storage is for my undergarments. I like it to be well organize, soothing in my eyes 😍

The other Organizing “Gadget” I have in my room πŸ˜ƒ

1. The Square Storage Box (with zip on top and side) – for Towels and Bedsheets
2. Medicine Kit – all first aid medicine including Covid-19 swab test πŸ˜ƒ
3. Make Up storage – unfortunately, I don’t have much make up. Mostly for my skin care serum, hair serum, backup Parfum, Massage Oil, body lotion, hand lotion, nail clipper, haircomb, contact lens casing etc πŸ₯°
4. Clothes Dust Cover – other than Virtual Clutters free, this cover helps to keep away the dust in wardrobe. Coz, I noticed there are dust at the bottom of the wardrobe and I need to clean it, weekly πŸ€ͺ
5. Parfum and pins storage – Okay, I have lot of parfums, but these 2 are the most often I used. Easily to pickup and put back, to minimizing the virtual clutters and as a deco too. πŸ˜ƒ
6. The humidifier essential oil – Okay, okay, parfum freak in the house..whoott whoot!! 😚 So, I have my fav flavours which I often used – Hotel version: Banyan Tree, Grand Hyatt, Westin, and Hilton and typical essential: Orchid and Lavendar flavour. I do have more such as peppermint, Oranges etc, but I keep it away in wardrobe to avoid virtual clutters. ☺

Crystal Collections: To Re-Use?

Okay, Im pretty okay for the rest, there is only something I don’t find the purpose to be displayed on my table – My Crystal Collections.

Well, I used to put some essential oil onto it, coz I thought to make it as a crystal diffuser. But it turn out, not so good compared to wood, plus my crystal out of shapes and colors πŸ₯²

I’m thinking to re-use it for something better and useful, if you have any good idea, you can comment below, thanks πŸ˜‰

I think, some has changed color and shapes. I used to have emerald green color, but now its gone 😭
