Hey everyone!!!! How are you all? Having a chill out days?? hahaha..Im having my chill out day these days π
Today, I take a day off, and chill myself alone. I need to de-stress myself from all the workload in office.
So, I woke up early morning, drive to Putrajaya and having my breakfast at Starbuck Coffee shop. I think I’m too early where nobody people in the coffee shop, reached here around 8.15am, ordering Teriyaki Sandwich with single layer cheese and Frappuccino Mocha π Awesome π₯°
Reached early means I can choose a good place to chill, awesome πHahahaha..its still empty ..I feel good about it..π₯°β€Yeahhhhhh I’m just chilling myself…after couple of minutes, I can see some people bring their laptop to work here. I had decided that, I want this kind of life, but the difference is, I dont want to bring laptop and work with people. I wanna bring laptop to manage my own businesses. But I have not decided what kind of business that suit my lifestyle . let’s see and explore it π₯°β€π₯°
Okay, later I’m gonna date myself by watching Fast X alone. hahaha..then I’m gonna buy casual sport shoe to go to office.
Just to share my experience healing after ups & down working crazily. hahaha…
Check these out..
Tadaaa!!! This is the entrance to the Hotel’s Lobby. It was huge and smell soo good. I’m kinda love the ambience.
So I reached to this hotel quiet early, around 2pm. The check-in time is 3pm. Yay!! 1 hour early, I’m checking out the surrounding and found 1 nice outdoor restaurant. it’s called, “The Burgerlab”!!
The view is breathtaking from the BurgerLab restaurant..and it’s breezing. I had a good lunch here π₯°β€π₯°The Hawaian burger and chicken nugget.I bought 1 set..cost RM 30, the burger, side dish macaroni and bottomless soft drink. The bridge from the lobby to the BurgerLab restaurant.Breathtaking view for the ponds. Need to take the bridge to the BurgerLab.the pond views…it has lot of fishes. You can buy fish pellet at the counter, cost RM 5.30/pack. Tadaa!!! I bought 3packets!! πππThere is some info regarding the fish naming..I dont bother those..lolThe pool is soo huge and beautiful..max depth is 1.5m, not too deep, but at least better than most of hotels swimming pool. normally they have 1.2m depth. Nice pool. The Loaf!! it’s cafe..a nice but pricey..hehhheh. once awhile, it’s good to have it. the bottle drinks cost RM 15.90. I forgot the bread..lolSo, I booked Deluxe Room, it looks something like this. When I check-in, they said my room is not ready and about 4pm plus, need to push until I get the key. I asked for late check-out, coz the check-out is 11am. So, im requesting check-out at 12pm. Not sure, maybe because of the peak hours the service is relatively slow. so, yea, if u go during peak hour, try to ask the staff several times until they give the key. yay!! LOLOkay, so this is the elevators to the ground floor which lead to swimming pools and to hotels rooms. the hallway to the rooms..Breakfast is…okay..not too fancy..but not too lousy. Okay for breakfast.alright, the card u received for the rooms has this pamphlet. You can get free drinks and some discounts on their restaurant if not mistaken. but I dont use any of it. hahaahha..I went to “Farm in the City”. Will update on that u next post..something interesting ..hehehe πππOkay ,before went back..Im having my lunch at the BurgerLab..coz I think the food is really niceI took Joe Burger..But I guess Hawaiians burger is nicer..a bit spicy than this. this burger taste similar to McChicken..normal burger.
Okay, till then..my experience staying at Bangi Resort Hotel. I will definitely come back and try out their spa n gym..
Hey, what’s up everyone? Hope you are all well and in a peace of mind. Insya Allah β€
It’s been frequently hit my mind lately to plan out my retirement plan. Well, it’s almost 20 years from now, and I think I need to start think about it.
As I walked daily to office, I had noticed that actually I’m forcing myself to go to the office. I was thinking, when my service is no longer required, am I gonna just sit at home, or shall I do something to earn?
Let’s say, from 55-80 years. Most of people are waiting for their employee fund or some pension. Well, I’ve been surrounded with elderly people who even had 1m of saving, however due to poor money management,, the guy need to live as poverty now coz the money is gone on all unnecessary things.
We really don’t know until when we gonna live. If you still alive until 90 yo, how will you manage your expenses during those days? What kind of expenses required? Are you gonna depend on your kids or will you do something to earn?
I think the major issue will be health and food, when we getting older. Food interm of food supplement and medicine. Most of famous diseases among Malaysian are high blood, diabetic melitus, cancer, heart attack and stroke. and another 1 more I was thinking was to make any will. Do I need to make a will, I’m still thinking on that as I had couple of property and funds to take care.
The other thing that trigger my mind. If we die, how about our social media. How do we deactivate all our social media accounts. I guess at least I need to list down how many are there? I need to set everything as preparation for the next life.
Well, I guess for me I will plan out to earn myself by the age of 50. Insya Allah.
Hey hey heyy, hey everyone!! How are ya? Hope you are all good.
Just wanna share some idea on what I’d done to my 1st home. Just a lil bit touch up before its ready to view for the next tenant.
So basically, what only left is:
1. To receive another curtain as current curtain is actually shorts after the folding. LOL. So I bought another 2 blackout curtain for my living room.
2. To receive my TV, I bought a smart TV for the house.
3. To hang the kitchen curtain. I already have it, just that I forgot to bring plier and scissor for cutting and adjusting the wire.
4. To hang bathroom mirror and bathroom rack. I need to bring along the strong double sided tape, I guess I just use double sided tape for the rack. π
5. To dismantle and install the water heater. I already bought 2units, just need plumber to install. I already book plumber to do such things π
So, check these out the differences before I took over and after I took over the house ππ₯°π
This was before, when im viewing the house before my tenant move out. This was after I clean the house and make lil changes. This will be the final, only the Smart TV left to put on the TV cabinet.
Check out the kitchen…
This was before when I viewing the house when my tenant still living in.After my tenant move out and I clean up the kitchen. This was after I do a total cleanup and buy some carpet for kitchen.
Now, let’s see the dining area…π₯°
This was before the tenant move out, when the tenant still living in the house. This was after the clean up,, I rearranged n buy some stuff for the dining area.
Let’s check out rooms, the house has 3rooms and 2bathrooms.
The masterbedroom during the tenancy. The master bedroom after clean up, painted furniture and bought mattress cover & curtains .This was the middle room, where the tenant make it as store. A lot of clean up done for this room. This was the current view. Perhaps it need some rearrange, but not sure yet. I just bought the mattress cover and curtain for this room. This was the smallest room. Originally I made it as my wardrobe and clothes organization room. So, my tenant just continue it, kinda a lot of stuff. So I do a clean up and bought curtain. nothing much I did for this room. Just a cleaning.
So, most of the thing I did was, a massive clean up, throwing unnecessary stuff and do a lot of painting. I did paint the furniture such as TV cabinet, coffee table, make up table, mirror frame, TV rack, the dryer outside as well π
Some other things I snap photo before I went back home last Saturday ππ₯°π
I still need 2 more curtains..lolThe shoe rack, I don’t buy expensive shoe rack. I just re-paint the original brown wooden color with black and light grey color. I just buy the spray paint, make my life easier..LOLTadaa β€β€β€
Okay, I will snap the rest pending things and post in later…
Hey hey heyy, hey everyone!! How are ya? Hope you are all doing good.

HelloOoo everyone!! How are you doing? Hope you are sound and well.
I’ve been busy these 2 weeks to reshuffle my home, as I want to rent it out again to the next tenant. Yezzaaa!!! I already have 2 agents wanna review the house, but I have not ready yet the house πππ
So, it’s only left to install the water heater, hang the living room curtain and waiting for my Smart TV. I got it cheap, as I’m using vouchers to buy it. Hahaha…awesome babe..I cant wait for my TV π₯°
I got this Smart TV for RM 433 including shipping. It’s the most reasonable price for Smart TV 32″ πThe bright curtain for my living room πThis is how it look alike. I got my carpet already, just forgot to take the photo πI got this for RM 154.50 including shipping. The most reasonable price I can find with proper security π
Helloww you all!! How are u doing? Well, I’m busy counting and balancing my needs and my wants. Hahaha. You wanna know how? Let’s check it out..
Okay, I got some golds jewelry where I kept in the bank. So, from the total amout of the gold, bank will give me 80% cash. To be honest with you, if you don’t have any necessity, don’t put your gold jewelry in the bank, coz you need to pay some “upah” to keep the jewelry. The definition of “upah” is similar like interest, but very low in amount. Well, I don’t see any difference between upah and interest. π€·ββοΈ
So, it happens again, my credit card piled up reach to its limit. So now, I’m struggling to settle of any interest related to bank. For houses, can’t do anything about it as OPR has increased tremendously for past years. I was thinking to let go one of my house, but when I saw the view is spectacular, I think I will just rent it out first. π
I fell in love with the view of this house, so I bought it when im 27 years old. People are busy marrying at my age that time, but I’m busy buying property π
Okay, back to my story. So, I was thinking, for the next salary I’m gonna take all my jewelry in the banks, and I’m gonna buy my target bangle. The rest, I’m gonna sell it and pay off the debt. Coz, I need to spend some money for the house, to make over and rent it out again. As I told you from previous post, the tenant has move out from my house and went back to their hometown in Kedah.
Well, I think this is the best way, to reduce the bank’s interest, to get my aim bangle and as well to pay off some debts. To be honest, I think buying property is really troublesome π. I need to take out some money from my own pocket for repair and make over it. I next rental fee, I will need to keep some extra, so I won’t spend from my own pocket anymore.
Hello everyone!! Happy Awal Muharram to all Muslims out there. π€
Yesterday, I installed my new Bar Chair as I’m buying some little things for my 1st home. My tenant for past 7 years has moved out from the house. They said, they had been transferred to their hometown in Kedah. So, last Friday was the last day and they handed over the key to me.
I think it’s not a right time to sell the house yet, so I’m gonna rent it out with higher rental fee due to raises in OPR for the house loan. I did some calculation, to include all hidden charges like taxes, and maintenance, so I’m gonna have positive cash flow and not suffer later.
I will post out the make over for the house in next topic, supposely to go by today to measure the curtain and paint the furniture, but I fell sick and having terrible fever. Maybe in upcoming Saturday, if no plans.
So, this is the Bar Chair, and I really don’t know what the extra wood for. Some extra woodTadaaaa…I have my existing craft stuffs, jute, ribbon, burlap etcThis is the wood. it looks white coz the covered it with plastic. I really dunno why. hahaha. So, when I opened the plastic, it looks like this.I have random jutesome place ribbon n jute ribbon, I guess the name was π€·ββοΈFake pearl for decoration.Just newly bought this at RM 2.40 @ecoshop.
In the making of Aesthetic Wall Frame ππ₯°
1. First, we need to do the tassle. It’s super easy. Just wrap your finger multiple times, I did here using 3middle fingers with 10 loops. 2. After done, put a pencil like this, and tie the tassle. Make sure it won’t open. I did glue the tassle, so it will keep in the place. 3. Then, I’m testing out using which ribbon/jute for the frame. Nah, it’s not nice using same color and pattern for the rope.4. So, I’m ended up using the ribbon, with different colors (brown and cream) πππ5. I glued all the ribbon onto the wood, and measure it accordingly so all gonna look symmetry for both side. 6. Tada!!! this is the final product. I’m gonna print out some quotes and glued it here. In my house, I have most quotes rather than photos. hahahaha. I cant wait to go and do some touch up on the interior.
So, that’s all my mini diy project for now. I can’t wait to do the make over for the house and rearrange everything. I’m budgeting everything to be rm3k, including water heater, ac, TV, curtain etc.
Hey hey heylllOoww Everybody!!!! Hahaha…I feel soOooOooooOooo refreshing today. Happy Eid Adha to all my Muslim sisters and brothers.
Last Friday, I’m visiting the 5 star hotel at Putrajaya – Pulse Grande Hotel. I really need a good break, and having my own time there. Whenever I felt about to burn out from work, I will reward myself by locking down myself in a good hotel.
Let’s check this out..
This is the entrance of the Pulse Grande Hotel entrance. As you can park your car at the near by parking lot with free of charge β€The original lobby at Level 3 was in progress of renovation. I should say the interior is quite old, and need to do some renovation. The temporary Lobby was at Level 2. Picture shows the view from the parking. Parking is a bit far, but don’t worry, there is a free buggy pickup and drop at the entrance of the Lobby. But, I don’t like waiting, so I just walked πFrom the temporary entrance, you can see the Receptionist on your left, and straight path to the room’s lift on your right. Drop by at the receptionist for check-in, they will ask your Identity Card for local visitor, and perhaps your passport for foreigner. The receptionist will brief you on which floor the hotel and restaurant, and what time the room service will be available. If you bring your car, they will ask your Plat Number for their records. From the receptionist, there are 2 type of elevator. On the right side is transparent elevator, which you can see the garden and small river downstairs. The other elevator also can bring you to the rooms, however it’s not transparent and it’s a normal elevator. Well, I want to see the view, so I’m using this transparent elevator to my room. π₯°When I’m entering the room, there is huge foyer infront of the room. I think this is the biggest foyer so far I had experience for hotels π. The left side is wardrobe and right side was the bathroom. The bathroom is spacious compared normal hotel I went in KL. There is separate bathtub, shower and bowl. You can enter for 3 or 4 pax inside the bathroom!! hahahaha πSo, the unique part for this hotel room is that, it has opened window for bathtub to the room!! I can see it’s very convenient for those who want to have honeymoon here..or just to bring kids for having fun in bathtub. It’s kinda a good idea for me. So, this is the big and comfortable bedroom in the room. I think there is a decoration services as well if you want to celebrate your memories day with some extra charges. I don’t know how much, you may check out by calling the hotel πThe overall view from one of the room corner. There is a chair and table if you want to write or work with your laptop. On top of the table, there is a pencil and note, just in case if you need to write and leave a note.I’m kinda like the switches for the room. π₯°It has appropriate label on each of the switches. The view from bedroom to the bathroom.the view from the bathroom to the bedroom.Separated shower, bowl and bathtub I like the water pressure for the shower and love the built in rack. The toiletries. Shower gel and shampoo The room has bathrobes and indoor shoes. I really love the bathrobes, it’s very much comfortable. π₯°The mirror. Some refreshment…Coffee and TeaI brought my fairy light each time I went to hotel. It gave me relaxing vibes and chill ambience π₯°β€π₯°
So, I just stay for a night, and I didn’t take their breakfast. Maybe once I got time, I will rebook again and try their breakfast. It’s just a day escape from a hectic life I had for past few months.
I really love the view, it was quiet and tranquil surrounding the hotel. This is the view from the balcony.
The next morning, I check out a bit early around 11am. You can check in after 3pm, and check out before 12pm at this hotel. When u check out, the receptionist will ask u if buggy required. I just feel too lazy to wait for the buggy, so I just walked to my car πππ
On the way back, I just took some snap photo at their garden. Oh!! If you stay here, this place has a very nice lights garden that you can walk casually with your love one here.
That’s all. It was worth it to chill and relax, to get urself a refreshment after a tiring weeks/months from work.
