My New Addiction…916 Gold Starbucks Beads 😃

Hi everyone and Salam Maulidur Rasul to all Muslims. How are you today? Hope you are well and blessed.

Just want to share one of my addiction now, which is a factor on how do I shift from negative cashflow to positive cashflow.

Previously, I’ve been so demotivated on workload etc of my surroundings. I try to find something that I love to do, which is valuable for future.

So, it happened from my sister and my mom influence on buying golds. The main support comes from my dearest person who always gimme moral supports and motivation to make gold collection.

I found adorable Pandora beads online, Starbucks 916 gold which is my fav one. 🥰

I think I’m gonna start coffee and food collection since I love coffee and Im foodie… hahaha!! 😃😂

This month, I managed to buy 2 sizes starbuck beads- Venti & Grande. I’ve seen Coffee Grinder Gold Beads before, and I wanna find it for my next month budget. Just to add-on to my Coffee & Food collection. Other than those, I managed to buy necklace with Hermes Beads. Yeaahhh!!! ❤🌹🔥

Can’t wait for my next adventure…looking forward for more cute 916 gold Pandora beads for future..weee!!! 🥰

Yay!!! Managed to get it during Maulidur Rasul promotion today. Soo lovely ❤

Previously I got Hermes beads , 999. This time I bought 916. To be honest, favorable for me is 916, coz 999 is too soft and can bend easily.

Heheheehe..thats all for this month…lets see what we will have for next month. I hope I can find the coffee grinder ❤🥰❤

The Art of Balancing My Needs and My Wants. hahahaha 😈

Helloww you all!! How are u doing? Well, I’m busy counting and balancing my needs and my wants. Hahaha. You wanna know how? Let’s check it out..

Okay, I got some golds jewelry where I kept in the bank. So, from the total amout of the gold, bank will give me 80% cash. To be honest with you, if you don’t have any necessity, don’t put your gold jewelry in the bank, coz you need to pay some “upah” to keep the jewelry. The definition of “upah” is similar like interest, but very low in amount. Well, I don’t see any difference between upah and interest. 🤷‍♀️

So, it happens again, my credit card piled up reach to its limit. So now, I’m struggling to settle of any interest related to bank. For houses, can’t do anything about it as OPR has increased tremendously for past years. I was thinking to let go one of my house, but when I saw the view is spectacular, I think I will just rent it out first. 😃

I fell in love with the view of this house, so I bought it when im 27 years old. People are busy marrying at my age that time, but I’m busy buying property 😗

Okay, back to my story. So, I was thinking, for the next salary I’m gonna take all my jewelry in the banks, and I’m gonna buy my target bangle. The rest, I’m gonna sell it and pay off the debt. Coz, I need to spend some money for the house, to make over and rent it out again. As I told you from previous post, the tenant has move out from my house and went back to their hometown in Kedah.

Well, I think this is the best way, to reduce the bank’s interest, to get my aim bangle and as well to pay off some debts. To be honest, I think buying property is really troublesome 😂. I need to take out some money from my own pocket for repair and make over it. I next rental fee, I will need to keep some extra, so I won’t spend from my own pocket anymore.

Something to Learn, and Something to Appreciate

Hello everyone, it’s been awhile Im updating my blog. How are you? Hope everything just fine and smooth.

Today, just want to talk bout relationship experience. As year past through, I’m finally into real relationship, a mature relationship.

Sometimes, rejection and declination are the only way for God to redirect us into the correct path. So that, we will appreciate our new relationship.

The past has its own lesson to learn, and the future is to appreciate your spouse/partner. Everything has it’s own timeframe. So, if you are still single now, believe me your spouse/partner is somewhere else out there.

Believe in God’s timeframe, it was the best for us. Subhanallah ❤

HeLLoOoooo Everyone!! I hope you guys stay healthy and sounds all time..Amin ♥️

I’ve been busy with my new plans etc for couple of months, and also..I’m been busy with gold collection!! 🙈 Hahaha..yes!! Gold…physical gold. Im obsessed with Gold now. Thanks for my mom n my sister who influenced me 🙈

But above all, I would like to thank my lover, who is the one supporting me to buy gold. Previously, because of someone who very close to me stole my gold jewelry, Im too sadden to buy or wear any gold. It’s been 6 years going to be 7 years, that I’m in trauma to wear gold. Finally, My Lover open up my eyes, to get off my trauma and my past, and exist in current and future life. Thanks, Love ♥️

So, here we go, my next project is to either buy whole bracelet or, to buy charms/beads little by little.
