Bangi Resort Hotel πŸ₯°β€πŸ₯°

HellooOoOooo Everyone!!! How are you??

Just to share my experience healing after ups & down working crazily. hahaha…

Check these out..

Tadaaa!!! This is the entrance to the Hotel’s Lobby. It was huge and smell soo good. I’m kinda love the ambience.

So I reached to this hotel quiet early, around 2pm. The check-in time is 3pm. Yay!! 1 hour early, I’m checking out the surrounding and found 1 nice outdoor restaurant. it’s called, “The Burgerlab”!!

The view is breathtaking from the BurgerLab restaurant..and it’s breezing. I had a good lunch here πŸ₯°β€πŸ₯°
The Hawaian burger and chicken nugget.
I bought 1 set..cost RM 30, the burger, side dish macaroni and bottomless soft drink.
The bridge from the lobby to the BurgerLab restaurant.
Breathtaking view for the ponds. Need to take the bridge to the BurgerLab.
the pond views…it has lot of fishes. You can buy fish pellet at the counter, cost RM 5.30/pack.
Tadaa!!! I bought 3packets!! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
There is some info regarding the fish naming..I dont bother those..lol
The pool is soo huge and beautiful..max depth is 1.5m, not too deep, but at least better than most of hotels swimming pool. normally they have 1.2m depth. Nice pool.
The Loaf!! it’s cafe..a nice but pricey..hehhheh. once awhile, it’s good to have it. the bottle drinks cost RM 15.90. I forgot the bread..lol
So, I booked Deluxe Room, it looks something like this. When I check-in, they said my room is not ready and about 4pm plus, need to push until I get the key. I asked for late check-out, coz the check-out is 11am. So, im requesting check-out at 12pm. Not sure, maybe because of the peak hours the service is relatively slow. so, yea, if u go during peak hour, try to ask the staff several times until they give the key. yay!! LOL
Okay, so this is the elevators to the ground floor which lead to swimming pools and to hotels
rooms.
the hallway to the rooms..
Breakfast is…okay..not too fancy..but not too lousy. Okay for breakfast.
alright, the card u received for the rooms has this pamphlet. You can get free drinks and some discounts on their restaurant if not mistaken. but I dont use any of it. hahaahha..I went to “Farm in the City”. Will update on that u next post..something interesting ..hehehe 😁😁😁
Okay ,before went back..Im having my lunch at the BurgerLab..coz I think the food is really nice
I took Joe Burger..But I guess Hawaiians burger is nicer..a bit spicy than this. this burger taste similar to McChicken..normal burger.

Okay, till then..my experience staying at Bangi Resort Hotel. I will definitely come back and try out their spa n gym..

Re-use!!! Turn Extra Bar Chair’s leg into Aesthetic Wall Frame

Hello everyone!! Happy Awal Muharram to all Muslims out there. πŸ€—

Yesterday, I installed my new Bar Chair as I’m buying some little things for my 1st home. My tenant for past 7 years has moved out from the house. They said, they had been transferred to their hometown in Kedah. So, last Friday was the last day and they handed over the key to me.

I think it’s not a right time to sell the house yet, so I’m gonna rent it out with higher rental fee due to raises in OPR for the house loan. I did some calculation, to include all hidden charges like taxes, and maintenance, so I’m gonna have positive cash flow and not suffer later.

I will post out the make over for the house in next topic, supposely to go by today to measure the curtain and paint the furniture, but I fell sick and having terrible fever. Maybe in upcoming Saturday, if no plans.

So, this is the Bar Chair, and I really don’t know what the extra wood for.
Some extra wood
Tadaaaa…I have my existing craft stuffs, jute, ribbon, burlap etc
This is the wood. it looks white coz the covered it with plastic. I really dunno why. hahaha. So, when I opened the plastic, it looks like this.
I have random jute
some place ribbon n jute ribbon, I guess the name was πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
Fake pearl for decoration.
Just newly bought this at RM 2.40 @ecoshop.

In the making of Aesthetic Wall Frame πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯°

1. First, we need to do the tassle. It’s super easy. Just wrap your finger multiple times, I did here using 3middle fingers with 10 loops.
2. After done, put a pencil like this, and tie the tassle. Make sure it won’t open. I did glue the tassle, so it will keep in the place.
3. Then, I’m testing out using which ribbon/jute for the frame. Nah, it’s not nice using same color and pattern for the rope.
4. So, I’m ended up using the ribbon, with different colors (brown and cream) πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
5. I glued all the ribbon onto the wood, and measure it accordingly so all gonna look symmetry for both side.
6. Tada!!! this is the final product. I’m gonna print out some quotes and glued it here. In my house, I have most quotes rather than photos. hahahaha. I cant wait to go and do some touch up on the interior.

So, that’s all my mini diy project for now. I can’t wait to do the make over for the house and rearrange everything. I’m budgeting everything to be rm3k, including water heater, ac, TV, curtain etc.

Till then, see you!! 😘

Rejuvenated @Makcik Urut Spa πŸ₯°

Hello everyone!! How are you? Hahahaha..I’ve been drowning in workload for past 2months..It’s about to end soon, insya Allah ❀

Last Saturday I managed to make an appointment for body massage! Yeehaa!! It was really a hectic life for past few months, now only I can manage to have my “me time”. Insya Allah, in future..I want to do something so that I will have more time for me and my family. πŸ₯°

I booked with Makcik Urut – A body massage spa, and took Pakej Delima, where I got complimentary Foot Therapy, Body massage (u can choose either traditional massage or aromatherapy massage, and this package I took has Tungku (where they will put a hot river stone on ur body). I don’t recommend the traditional massage, it’s painful for me. haha. probably I will choose aromatherapy in my next visit.
The foot therapy, I think they put salt and some flowers..and leave it for 20minutes before the body massage. Hurmm..
They have variety ways, some on the table like this, other with chair, and lot of it, they have mattress on the floor for massage.
The rest of the spaces. The partition is curtain between one to another.
This is mine, They will give you the “Batik” clothes and towel to cover up. You will need to take of ur clothes, and put on the clothes. πŸ™ˆ For those who not used to it, you will feel awkward at first time πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

Okay, after 1hour n 20min, they will provide green tea. To be honest, I will give 7/10 stars, because the therapist they gave me, she whack my veins..hahaha..next time I need to choose better Therapist who has more experience so that they can adjust to our body needs. Don’t forget to make a survey which therapist had good experience, it’s very important to make an appointment with them first and check their availability. Hahahaahaha…Till then…I think I need to have a looking treatment for myself…like a week holiday. Hahaha..till then..see u in my next post..Im gonna check out one 5star hotel soon.

Stay cute and handsome, ciao~

Till then, to be continued

Are You A Minimalist?

Hola!!! cΓ³mo estΓ‘s? How are you? Hope you are all in good health, insya Allah πŸ₯°

Today, I wanna share with you, the changes on myself after being a minimalist since 2018, so here we go…

1. Starts love being at home more than outside – busy cooking, clothes laundering, room cleaning, organizing clothes etc

It started from the pandemic, when everyone been lockdown and be at home 24/7. I spend most of my time, cooking a nutritious food, spending time doing my laundry and folding my clothes right after dried, then straight keep it in my wardrobe. I also, found myself at home, busy wiping dust in my room, sweeping the floor and also maintaining my bedsheets, pillow etc. I’d found myself, always decluttering my wardrobe, until I have few empty hanger. Im really excited achieving this and I feel happy and self-content on this changes on me, for over 4 years being a Minimalist ❀πŸ₯°β€

Making a simple and nutritious big breakfast. I eat the fruit first, before others. So, stomach will full of fiber first as it’s good for digestion system.
I became addicted to Cleaning and Organizing stuffs πŸ˜ƒ

2. Earning some extra cash money – selling unused items to buy gold

Okay, another thing I sort of knowing Im align with Minimalist is that, I earn some cash money from decluttering my unused items!! πŸ˜ƒ

Yes! You hear it right! Those unused items, I took pictures and sell in online. Hahaha!! Sound funny, but hey!! I got 1 gold ring with the accumulated money I sold!! So, those unused items, you may donate if you want, or just resell it!! Sell it with cheap price, coz in the end, you won’t use it too, and its kinda some sort of charity coz you sell it cheap. But, in return, I got 1 ring gold!!! Hahaha! I’m proud of it, Alhamdulillah πŸ₯°

Some Betta Fish set that I no longer use. Total cost spend about RM 100++, but I sell it for RM 35, the guy asked for RM 30, I just accepted it. So, it’s somehow doing charity + get some money too πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

3. Having more extra time, as reducing time in maintaining daily routine – laundry, wiping/cleaning room

Okay next thing is, I’m having more extra time for myself as my things had reduced for clean up. My weekly dirty clothes reducing too, as before being a Minimalist my weekly dirty clothes usually pile up full or more than 1 big basket. But now, I have not reach 1 normal basket for 1 week clothes. Then, washing and drying clothes time reduced as well because I don’t have much clothes to wash. Extra those time I have, I will spend by folding the dried clothes and put it into my wardrobe nicely. It looks nice in the wardrobe too, as less clothes need to be displayed and can put it into a proper hanger.

Im happy to see more hangers than clothes in my wardrobe πŸ₯°

It was easy to maintain my room now, as more of stuffs are gone and only left empty floors. I love it so much, as it was easy for me to sweep and wipe my floor. Haha!! I did wipe my floors by hand, and Im not using mop πŸ˜ƒ

I have more time to spend vacuuming my bed. Yes! I vacuum my mattress, quilt and pillow. Haha!! Surprisingly, there are some dust too, eventhough its under the bedsheet, and pillowsheet. So, it is recommended to either vacuum, or hang those under the sunlight πŸ₯°

Vacuuming the mattress, quilt and pillow biweekly basis πŸ˜€

4. Having more space and my room looks cleaner most of time – in wardrobe and room

Yes, absolutely. When I let go most of my things, absolutely I will have more spaces. I love and admiring empty spaces more than spaces with lot of unwanted stuffs. I had once, stayed alone in my previous home, and when my parents came over, my mom always complaining that why my home is “Too Empty”? Hahaha. I enjoy less stuff most of the time coz it is easy for maintaining and cleaning job πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯°

A clean floor, if I have my own new house I will have a robot to keep it clean most of times. Little helper required 😍

5. I’m now addicted to Organizer – Organizer is More than my Stuff

I’m now addicted to Organizing Videos, Organizing trick and tips and busy organizing everything including my medicine, car, clothes and stocks.

Yes, this is absolutely time reducing to find things in my room. I don’t frequently changing my organization location, and I love to maintain my organization time by time. Meaning to say, I love maintaining my organizing stuff, especially my stocks such as Shampoo, Body Gel, Toothbrush, Toothpaste etc.

My beauty and cleaning stocks, I organized it into 2 boxes, and kept it in my wardrobe, on top shelf πŸ˜ƒ
Inside the wardrobe and on top of the shelf πŸ₯°
Another example, is my First Aid. I keep all medicine in this kit, so I no longer need to find plaster under drawer, oitment in wardrobe etc. Everything will be in this First Aid box. πŸ₯°

Okay, I think thats all for now. To be Continue..

Replacing Cactus 🌡

Hi everyone. Happy Monday. Just to share how usually I replace from original pot into new home for my baby cactus.

1. Put the mixture soil into the pot.

2. Make some hole with mini shovel in the center of the soil.

3. Take out the baby cactus from the original pot.

4. Put the cactus into the hole, then cover the remaining soil with mini shovel.

5. Tada!! You have transfer your cactus into a new ‘Home’ πŸ₯°

Trash to Treasure..DIY Dustbin πŸ˜

Hye Everyone πŸ˜‡ Happy Friyay, guys! Hope you are all in great vibes. πŸ₯°

Today, Im gonna share how I combined both my hobbies into something new makeover. Hahahaha!!! Yes!! I’M DECLUTTERING WHILE MAKING DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT DECORATION!! πŸ˜†

Okay, first thing first, I need to get rid/declutter my previous business items like ribbon, sponge, burlap etc right. So, I was thinking. My dustbin is so dull, and it always flew away whenever there are heavy thrash inside because the dustbin is too light in weight.

So, I decided to make some DIY Project, to decorate my dustbin. Yay!!! πŸ₯°

My Dustbin before the decoration πŸ˜•

All You Need to Have….

These are the items needed, plus Jute rope and empty box. Missing in the photo 😌
Tadaaa!!! After the decoration πŸ˜‡

Let’s Do It! πŸ₯°β€πŸ₯°

1. First of all, trace the bottom Dustbin onto the empty box like below picture πŸ‘‡

2. Then, cut the lines. Glue the circle box with Burlap, and keep the Burlap 1 inch around the circle box to glue later.

3. Put the Jute rope onto the circle box and glued with glue gun. Then turn circle the jute rope and repeating the process until finished.

4. Glue the circle box onto the bottom of the Dustbin. Then, continue turn circle the jute until finished.

5. When the jute finished, I continue by taking out jute from bigger size. Hahaha..just using whatever I have πŸ˜‰

6. Then, I glued the Burlap and Jute with Glue Gun. Kinda much I needed for the Glue Gun.

7. Then, I take out and open my new sponge for the ruffle. Haha πŸ˜ƒ

8. For ribbon, I just simply cut n paste with Glue Gun. You can fold nicely, but I like easiest way and look neat πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜œ. Check this out πŸ‘‡

9. After cut, paste, cut, paste and cut paste, the final product will be…..TaaaaDaaa πŸ‘‡!! πŸ₯°

Okay, till then…to be continue….adios..

5 Minimalist Habits that changed My Lifestyle πŸ₯°

Good afternoon everyone!! Its Thursday, guys!! 1 day to goo…before we meet weekend again!! Weehooo!!! πŸ₯°

Well, I just want to share with you what are my hobbies as a minimalist, to feel content and keep clutters away in a better way. ❀

So, here we go…πŸ˜‰

1. Making A DIY project.

As I being a minimalist, my characters are slowly change. I spend most of my time sitting home, and maintaining my things at home. One of my fav things to do is, to redesign, and reuse existing things I have. I have Burlap, Ribbons, Wrapping papers, Sponges etc at home, from my previous business plan. Why am I buying these stuff? Well, I thought when pandemic happened, I will loose my job. However, it turn out that I got more job offers. Alhamdulillah πŸ₯°, so I have never starts my business. So, here all are the stuff,s that I need to get rid by making a D.I.Y stuff ❀πŸ₯°β€

Before decorating my dustbin πŸ˜•
After decorating my dustbin πŸ₯°

2. Strolling the park.

Another what I like to do is strolling the park. I love nature so much, especially forest. It calms me when I have anxiety or problems. To go forest alone, is very risky. So, I choose to stroll the park whichever has little/mini forest nearby πŸ₯°

I climbed up 3rd floor of the watch tower. Its so relaxing. Next time, Im gonna bring hot tea/black coffee with me πŸ˜ƒ

3. Explore new recipe in kitchen.

I love exploring new recipes on internet. First trial, I will try the original recipes, then for 2nd and 3rd trial I will modify the recipes, and jot it down all the modification I made. πŸ₯° i love creating my very own recipes according to my own taste bud. ❀

I cut the dumpling’s skin into half, coz its too big. I cut into small bite sizes πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯°

4. Decluttering own room/space.

Well, this is like a ‘ritual routine’ for me πŸ˜…. Most of time, I will take a plastic bag and walk around the room, stand by if I can throw anything into it πŸ˜‚. Clearing out my wardrobe, my workspace, my bathroom etc..and Im really enjoying it. I enjoy clearing my room, clean and tidy my space area πŸ₯°.

Make up my bed every morning is my mandatory ‘ritual routine’ πŸ˜‚

5. Sell off unwanted items.

Yes!!! This is sooo cool. Previously, I just throw every of my unwanted items. But now, thanks to my Mr Love, he suggested to sell it off. Since I started, I think in end october or early november, I made around RM250 of my unwanted items and plus ++ I cleared my space. Weeee!!!!~~ Its fabulous πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

Someone gonna pick these from my room. I have 3 aquarium πŸ˜‚ another one to let it go..πŸ₯°

Okay guys, I think thats all for now. Im sharing with you what I usually do to declutter my things, and keep myself content ❀πŸ₯°

Till then, see you again…to be continue….

Let’s Chillex!! 😘

Hey everybody! Good morning! How are you doing?? Hope you are happy and blessed with your family and friends.

It’s been a lot of things running through my mind lately. A lot of things need to sort and plan. I didn’t know where to start. So, I went for a long walk to chill and relax.

Last Saturday, I went to Taman Tasik Metropolitan, Kepong. Previously, the name waa Taman Layang-Layang. They do some renovation and change the name, perhaps to make it sounds more commercialised? πŸ˜ƒ

So here we go…check these out some photos that I managed to snap πŸ˜€

It looks like photo frame right…nice πŸ˜ƒ
Previously, they don’t have this..they just built it now..
Okay, you can actually rent bicycle here. They have variety of bicycles to choose. πŸ˜‰
Some view from the back of the lake…it was really a huge lake to chill πŸ₯°
Some water fountain and sunshine…I love the ambience πŸ₯°
There is one steep hills to climb up…
And on top of the hills, got 2 of watch towers…
I’d found a quiet place to chill…next time I will bring tea or black coffee to chill..πŸ₯°
The other point of view…
Thinking to draft plans, but end up just chilling..hehe
Stairs that you need to climb up..

Okay, after went for a long morning walk, I went to the mall, named Melawati Mall. Having Thailand cuisine for my lunch. The restaurant is Boat Noodles ❀

These are stack noodles. There is not much inside the bowl – Small portion. I ordered 6, I guess next time just to order 4, plus the dessert. They have nice steam bread with kaya sauce. Next time, Im gonna order those.
My fav if I come here..Thailand Matcha Tea

Then, I went home. This is so called my ‘me time’. πŸ₯°

Till then, to be continue….

Revising My Monthly Budget for year 2023…πŸ₯³

Hello everyone!!! It’s been awhile I’m away from blog! Haha..so, here we go. Let’s start with financial planning for year 2023..hahaahaha..yes…for 2023!! Let’s plan for future! LOL

Okay, I’d checked on whatever resource I have, google, youtube…etc. So, I found the rules 50:30:20. It’s kinda interesting to check on. So, I made some calculation and hey yaa!!! I managed to get more savings! Yay!!! Way to go…minimalist lifestyle πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

Monthly Budget follow rules 50:30:20 …

For rules 50:30:20, this is the percentage that you need to allocate your monthly income. There are 3 categories, the 50% should be the Fixed Expenses that you will need to pay such as bills, rental, car, internet, tuition fee etc (compulsory to pay). For the 30% of your salary should go to Variable Expenses that you have options not to spend such as eating outside, movie, theme park, present, etc. The remaining 20% should go to your Future Plans such as emergency savings or any possible investment. Well, after the calculation, I had found out that my Fixed Expenses is 54% (slightly higher because I included insurance with investment under this category πŸ˜„), my Variable Expenses is 18% (I dont have much things to buy, just lil bit entertainment like movie/eating outside) and for Future plans I have 28% πŸ˜ƒ. I think this is good enough. As a minimalist, I always conscious on what to buy so that I don’t waste my money for clutters πŸ˜ƒ

Okay, how do I calculate all of these? Haha..im using a simple ratio calculation 😜

Let’s take example, income salary RM2000 and to follow rules 50:30:20 (%).

In this example, when you calculate all your bills (plus other compulsory to pay) and it total up for example RM 900. So, a simple ratio (900/2000) x 100 = 45%. So for those who has salary RM2000, how to calculate is to manage the Fixed Expenses below RM 1000, RM 600 for Variable Expenses and RM 400 for Future plans. πŸ˜ƒ

Where to store your monthly receipts for Tax Relief ?

Okay, I usually save in cloud, so easier to trace it. So, Im using Google Drive most of the times. Perhaps, you can have some other storage as well like One Drive. It is not really advisable to store in phone, as Phone can easily spoil then you will need to factory reset and all will be gone.

Okay, next I’m gonna explore how to diversify the savings and investments..till then..to be continue…

The Uncertain Moments and Feelings

Hi everyone. Have you ever feel frustrated in your entire life? Have you ever feel like a bigger loser in your life? Have you ever feel so down that you barely do your routines? Have you ever think to vanish from this life? I’m sure all of us has this kind of feelings, at least once in our life.

Have you ever feel that, there is a time you had chosen the right path, then in the end it turns into opposite side? Have you ever think that you had made a right choice, in the end, it ends up to be the most nightmare choice in your whole life? Have you ever feels like that, even once, or twice or thrice in your whole life?

It’s either you win or you loose. Have you ever holding tight to it, hoping it won’t go, but finally you need to let it go, and watching it ends? Have you ever feel guilty when it ends? Or have you ever feel satisfy when it ends?

Have you ever think of the consequences of your choice? Have you ever have any doubt on your choices? I’m just feeling floating in the air…

Love, Sofia
