Hello everyone!! Happy Awal Muharram to all Muslims out there. π€
Yesterday, I installed my new Bar Chair as I’m buying some little things for my 1st home. My tenant for past 7 years has moved out from the house. They said, they had been transferred to their hometown in Kedah. So, last Friday was the last day and they handed over the key to me.
I think it’s not a right time to sell the house yet, so I’m gonna rent it out with higher rental fee due to raises in OPR for the house loan. I did some calculation, to include all hidden charges like taxes, and maintenance, so I’m gonna have positive cash flow and not suffer later.
I will post out the make over for the house in next topic, supposely to go by today to measure the curtain and paint the furniture, but I fell sick and having terrible fever. Maybe in upcoming Saturday, if no plans.
So, this is the Bar Chair, and I really don’t know what the extra wood for. Some extra woodTadaaaa…I have my existing craft stuffs, jute, ribbon, burlap etcThis is the wood. it looks white coz the covered it with plastic. I really dunno why. hahaha. So, when I opened the plastic, it looks like this.I have random jutesome place ribbon n jute ribbon, I guess the name was π€·ββοΈFake pearl for decoration.Just newly bought this at RM 2.40 @ecoshop.
In the making of Aesthetic Wall Frame ππ₯°
1. First, we need to do the tassle. It’s super easy. Just wrap your finger multiple times, I did here using 3middle fingers with 10 loops. 2. After done, put a pencil like this, and tie the tassle. Make sure it won’t open. I did glue the tassle, so it will keep in the place. 3. Then, I’m testing out using which ribbon/jute for the frame. Nah, it’s not nice using same color and pattern for the rope.4. So, I’m ended up using the ribbon, with different colors (brown and cream) πππ5. I glued all the ribbon onto the wood, and measure it accordingly so all gonna look symmetry for both side. 6. Tada!!! this is the final product. I’m gonna print out some quotes and glued it here. In my house, I have most quotes rather than photos. hahahaha. I cant wait to go and do some touch up on the interior.
So, that’s all my mini diy project for now. I can’t wait to do the make over for the house and rearrange everything. I’m budgeting everything to be rm3k, including water heater, ac, TV, curtain etc.
Hey hey heylllOoww Everybody!!!! Hahaha…I feel soOooOooooOooo refreshing today. Happy Eid Adha to all my Muslim sisters and brothers.
Last Friday, I’m visiting the 5 star hotel at Putrajaya – Pulse Grande Hotel. I really need a good break, and having my own time there. Whenever I felt about to burn out from work, I will reward myself by locking down myself in a good hotel.
Let’s check this out..
This is the entrance of the Pulse Grande Hotel entrance. As you can park your car at the near by parking lot with free of charge β€The original lobby at Level 3 was in progress of renovation. I should say the interior is quite old, and need to do some renovation. The temporary Lobby was at Level 2. Picture shows the view from the parking. Parking is a bit far, but don’t worry, there is a free buggy pickup and drop at the entrance of the Lobby. But, I don’t like waiting, so I just walked πFrom the temporary entrance, you can see the Receptionist on your left, and straight path to the room’s lift on your right. Drop by at the receptionist for check-in, they will ask your Identity Card for local visitor, and perhaps your passport for foreigner. The receptionist will brief you on which floor the hotel and restaurant, and what time the room service will be available. If you bring your car, they will ask your Plat Number for their records. From the receptionist, there are 2 type of elevator. On the right side is transparent elevator, which you can see the garden and small river downstairs. The other elevator also can bring you to the rooms, however it’s not transparent and it’s a normal elevator. Well, I want to see the view, so I’m using this transparent elevator to my room. π₯°When I’m entering the room, there is huge foyer infront of the room. I think this is the biggest foyer so far I had experience for hotels π. The left side is wardrobe and right side was the bathroom. The bathroom is spacious compared normal hotel I went in KL. There is separate bathtub, shower and bowl. You can enter for 3 or 4 pax inside the bathroom!! hahahaha πSo, the unique part for this hotel room is that, it has opened window for bathtub to the room!! I can see it’s very convenient for those who want to have honeymoon here..or just to bring kids for having fun in bathtub. It’s kinda a good idea for me. So, this is the big and comfortable bedroom in the room. I think there is a decoration services as well if you want to celebrate your memories day with some extra charges. I don’t know how much, you may check out by calling the hotel πThe overall view from one of the room corner. There is a chair and table if you want to write or work with your laptop. On top of the table, there is a pencil and note, just in case if you need to write and leave a note.I’m kinda like the switches for the room. π₯°It has appropriate label on each of the switches. The view from bedroom to the bathroom.the view from the bathroom to the bedroom.Separated shower, bowl and bathtub I like the water pressure for the shower and love the built in rack. The toiletries. Shower gel and shampoo The room has bathrobes and indoor shoes. I really love the bathrobes, it’s very much comfortable. π₯°The mirror. Some refreshment…Coffee and TeaI brought my fairy light each time I went to hotel. It gave me relaxing vibes and chill ambience π₯°β€π₯°
So, I just stay for a night, and I didn’t take their breakfast. Maybe once I got time, I will rebook again and try their breakfast. It’s just a day escape from a hectic life I had for past few months.
I really love the view, it was quiet and tranquil surrounding the hotel. This is the view from the balcony.
The next morning, I check out a bit early around 11am. You can check in after 3pm, and check out before 12pm at this hotel. When u check out, the receptionist will ask u if buggy required. I just feel too lazy to wait for the buggy, so I just walked to my car πππ
On the way back, I just took some snap photo at their garden. Oh!! If you stay here, this place has a very nice lights garden that you can walk casually with your love one here.
That’s all. It was worth it to chill and relax, to get urself a refreshment after a tiring weeks/months from work.
Hello everyone!! How are you? Hahahaha..I’ve been drowning in workload for past 2months..It’s about to end soon, insya Allah β€
Last Saturday I managed to make an appointment for body massage! Yeehaa!! It was really a hectic life for past few months, now only I can manage to have my “me time”. Insya Allah, in future..I want to do something so that I will have more time for me and my family. π₯°
I booked with Makcik Urut – A body massage spa, and took Pakej Delima, where I got complimentary Foot Therapy, Body massage (u can choose either traditional massage or aromatherapy massage, and this package I took has Tungku (where they will put a hot river stone on ur body). I don’t recommend the traditional massage, it’s painful for me. haha. probably I will choose aromatherapy in my next visit. The foot therapy, I think they put salt and some flowers..and leave it for 20minutes before the body massage. Hurmm..They have variety ways, some on the table like this, other with chair, and lot of it, they have mattress on the floor for massage. The rest of the spaces. The partition is curtain between one to another. This is mine, They will give you the “Batik” clothes and towel to cover up. You will need to take of ur clothes, and put on the clothes. π For those who not used to it, you will feel awkward at first time πππ
Okay, after 1hour n 20min, they will provide green tea. To be honest, I will give 7/10 stars, because the therapist they gave me, she whack my veins..hahaha..next time I need to choose better Therapist who has more experience so that they can adjust to our body needs. Don’t forget to make a survey which therapist had good experience, it’s very important to make an appointment with them first and check their availability. Hahahaahaha…Till then…I think I need to have a looking treatment for myself…like a week holiday. Hahaha..till then..see u in my next post..Im gonna check out one 5star hotel soon.
Hey Everybody!! How are you? Have u rewarded youself this month? Alhamdulillah, we managed to have some little money, to reward ourselves over the work hard. Don’t forget to value yourself and your love ones β€
Yesterday, I went to one of the coffee shop in Bangi. It’s hipster Coffee Shop, just what I wanted to have since 2013 π
It was renovated cabin and have smoking and non-smoking area. After few months struggling with job, I can finally relax lil bit and rewarding myself, and rewarding my partner as well.
The EntranceSo, I ordered Grilled Lamb with black pepper sauce. The salad is nice, the butter rice is good, and the grilled lamb is marvelous π€€πβ€Hot Mocha…bitter sweet…I β€ it βand for dessert, I have Nutella Cheese cake..it taste like Ferrero Rocher cake πEnjoy the view, I will definitely go again next time..
They don’t have much menu, but each of it is nice and tasty. Overall, it costs us, RM 110 for 2 pax, 1 cake and some taxes. Not that bad, RM55/pax.
HeLLoOooooOoo Everyone!!! It’s been awhile since my last post..How are you? Hope everyone is happy, sound and safe π₯°
I recently trying to manage organizing my things in a proper manner, as I tried to customize my organizer according to my needs.
After decluttering so much, now I left myself with lot of organizer which organizer turn itself into clutters. Weee!!! π

I starts labelling my things, and to well organize my current things, such as my travel toiletries, and my pantry items like flour etc.
So, I bought empty black sticker and white permanent marker pen. I also have black tape as alternative way for labeling π
Check this out…
I bought the sticker for RM 1 each sheet. I bought 2 sheets and the marker pen about RM 0.70 πI have black tape, so for my travel toiletries I’m using black tape and write it down with White Permanent marker pen. Well, IdK if the writing will fade or not, but its okay, lemme just try to use this as for now. Maybe I will need to find the one with waterproof for my toiletries π
Hola!!! cΓ³mo estΓ‘s? How are you? Hope you are all in good health, insya Allah π₯°
Today, I wanna share with you, the changes on myself after being a minimalist since 2018, so here we go…
1. Starts love being at home more than outside – busy cooking, clothes laundering, room cleaning, organizing clothes etc
It started from the pandemic, when everyone been lockdown and be at home 24/7. I spend most of my time, cooking a nutritious food, spending time doing my laundry and folding my clothes right after dried, then straight keep it in my wardrobe. I also, found myself at home, busy wiping dust in my room, sweeping the floor and also maintaining my bedsheets, pillow etc. I’d found myself, always decluttering my wardrobe, until I have few empty hanger. Im really excited achieving this and I feel happy and self-content on this changes on me, for over 4 years being a Minimalist β€π₯°β€
Making a simple and nutritious big breakfast. I eat the fruit first, before others. So, stomach will full of fiber first as it’s good for digestion system.I became addicted to Cleaning and Organizing stuffs π
2. Earning some extra cash money – selling unused items to buy gold
Okay, another thing I sort of knowing Im align with Minimalist is that, I earn some cash money from decluttering my unused items!! π
Yes! You hear it right! Those unused items, I took pictures and sell in online. Hahaha!! Sound funny, but hey!! I got 1 gold ring with the accumulated money I sold!! So, those unused items, you may donate if you want, or just resell it!! Sell it with cheap price, coz in the end, you won’t use it too, and its kinda some sort of charity coz you sell it cheap. But, in return, I got 1 ring gold!!! Hahaha! I’m proud of it, Alhamdulillah π₯°
Some Betta Fish set that I no longer use. Total cost spend about RM 100++, but I sell it for RM 35, the guy asked for RM 30, I just accepted it. So, it’s somehow doing charity + get some money too πππ
3. Having more extra time, as reducing time in maintaining daily routine – laundry, wiping/cleaning room
Okay next thing is, I’m having more extra time for myself as my things had reduced for clean up. My weekly dirty clothes reducing too, as before being a Minimalist my weekly dirty clothes usually pile up full or more than 1 big basket. But now, I have not reach 1 normal basket for 1 week clothes. Then, washing and drying clothes time reduced as well because I don’t have much clothes to wash. Extra those time I have, I will spend by folding the dried clothes and put it into my wardrobe nicely. It looks nice in the wardrobe too, as less clothes need to be displayed and can put it into a proper hanger.
Im happy to see more hangers than clothes in my wardrobe π₯°
It was easy to maintain my room now, as more of stuffs are gone and only left empty floors. I love it so much, as it was easy for me to sweep and wipe my floor. Haha!! I did wipe my floors by hand, and Im not using mop π
I have more time to spend vacuuming my bed. Yes! I vacuum my mattress, quilt and pillow. Haha!! Surprisingly, there are some dust too, eventhough its under the bedsheet, and pillowsheet. So, it is recommended to either vacuum, or hang those under the sunlight π₯°
Vacuuming the mattress, quilt and pillow biweekly basis π
4. Having more space and my room looks cleaner most of time – in wardrobe and room
Yes, absolutely. When I let go most of my things, absolutely I will have more spaces. I love and admiring empty spaces more than spaces with lot of unwanted stuffs. I had once, stayed alone in my previous home, and when my parents came over, my mom always complaining that why my home is “Too Empty”? Hahaha. I enjoy less stuff most of the time coz it is easy for maintaining and cleaning job ππ₯°
A clean floor, if I have my own new house I will have a robot to keep it clean most of times. Little helper required π
5. I’m now addicted to Organizer – Organizer is More than my Stuff
I’m now addicted to Organizing Videos, Organizing trick and tips and busy organizing everything including my medicine, car, clothes and stocks.
Yes, this is absolutely time reducing to find things in my room. I don’t frequently changing my organization location, and I love to maintain my organization time by time. Meaning to say, I love maintaining my organizing stuff, especially my stocks such as Shampoo, Body Gel, Toothbrush, Toothpaste etc.
My beauty and cleaning stocks, I organized it into 2 boxes, and kept it in my wardrobe, on top shelf πInside the wardrobe and on top of the shelf π₯°Another example, is my First Aid. I keep all medicine in this kit, so I no longer need to find plaster under drawer, oitment in wardrobe etc. Everything will be in this First Aid box. π₯°
Hi everyone. Happy Monday. Just to share how usually I replace from original pot into new home for my baby cactus.
All you need to have is the pot, multipurpose soil, cactus soil, mini shovel, and cactus fertilizer.First thing, mix the Multipurpose soil and Cactus soil. I do ratio 50:50.
1. Put the mixture soil into the pot.
2. Make some hole with mini shovel in the center of the soil.
3. Take out the baby cactus from the original pot.
4. Put the cactus into the hole, then cover the remaining soil with mini shovel.
5. Tada!! You have transfer your cactus into a new ‘Home’ π₯°
Hye Everyone π Happy Friyay, guys! Hope you are all in great vibes. π₯°
Today, Im gonna share how I combined both my hobbies into something new makeover. Hahahaha!!! Yes!! I’M DECLUTTERING WHILE MAKING DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT DECORATION!! π
Okay, first thing first, I need to get rid/declutter my previous business items like ribbon, sponge, burlap etc right. So, I was thinking. My dustbin is so dull, and it always flew away whenever there are heavy thrash inside because the dustbin is too light in weight.
So, I decided to make some DIY Project, to decorate my dustbin. Yay!!! π₯°
My Dustbin before the decoration π
All You Need to Have….
These are the items needed, plus Jute rope and emptybox. Missing in the photo πTadaaa!!! After the decoration π
Let’s Do It! π₯°β€π₯°
1. First of all, trace the bottom Dustbin onto the empty box like below picture π
2. Then, cut the lines. Glue the circle box with Burlap, and keep the Burlap 1 inch around the circle box to glue later.
3. Put the Jute rope onto the circle box and glued with glue gun. Then turn circle the jute rope and repeating the process until finished.
4. Glue the circle box onto the bottom of the Dustbin. Then, continue turn circle the jute until finished.
5. When the jute finished, I continue by taking out jute from bigger size. Hahaha..just using whatever I have π
6. Then, I glued the Burlap and Jute with Glue Gun. Kinda much I needed for the Glue Gun.
7. Then, I take out and open my new sponge for the ruffle. Haha π
8. For ribbon, I just simply cut n paste with Glue Gun. You can fold nicely, but I like easiest way and look neat ππ. Check this out π
9. After cut, paste, cut, paste and cut paste, the final product will be…..TaaaaDaaa π!! π₯°
