My ‘me time’ – fast furious diy basket’s lid 😂

Hello!!! HellOoooooOoo…hello!! Everybody! How are you? Today, I got a lil time for myself..so I made some diy items.

My room is super duper dusty lately. I’d bought dust mite vacuum, but unfortunately the parcel was lost during shipping. I bought it again, and hoping it won’t lost again.

Because of my room sooo dusty, so I was thinking to cover up all my baskets. You really can’t see with your eyes the dust on fabric, but its there 🥲

So I do some research on how to diy it by using recycle things I have now – boxes.

Things you need to make this lid are:

1. Scissor or cutter

2. Glue gun

3. Marker pen.

4. Ruler.

5. Big empty box.

6. Wrapper paper.

7. 10mm jute – optional

DIY basket’s lid 😃🥰

1. Make a measurement of the existing box. Well, u can measure using the ruler, but I prefer easier way. Just put the basket like this on the box, then line it 😂

2. Then, u make a straigh line with all points with thicker marker pen.

I make few points on the box, then straight it with ruler and thick marker pen.

3. Cut all the lines!! I cut it with blade first, then cut it with scissor because the box is soo thick 😀

4. After cut all the lines, I glue the lid with glue gun. U need to wait for quite some times before applying the glue, to ensure the glue is smooth, coz we want a smooth surface for the glue. Until, its liquid state, then only u apply it on the box. Or else, it will easily tearoff and not glue properly 🙂

Cut the lines, and glue all the edges, make a rectangle lid.

5. Once u can see the lid shape, wrap all way with wrapping paper. I prefer use whatever I have now. U can do ur own creativity to decor your box.

Glue all the wrapping paper using glue gun 😁

6. I glue it all the way. At the both ends of the box, there are some extra paper. So I fold it and glue nicely.

And…fold like this…i glue the end and glue it all the way…hahaha. Im glue here…glue there..glue here..glue there and glue all the way…haha..gluing while singing the song!! 😂

7. Tadaa!!! My box’s lid is DONE!!! Just a finish touch up to make it a smooth finished product, I glued jute rope at the edge of the box.

Tadaaa!! Okay, u need a lot of patience when gluing this. U can’t do it fast, because it will smear or glue wont stick longer. U need to do it, slow and steady..then u will have a smooth nicely glued jute rope 🥰

8. ALL DONE!!! 😍 My basket is a flexi material. I can bend it to fit the lid 😂😂 Doesn’t fit? Just make it fit right there by force 😆

Jeng jeng!!! The finished product is here. Now dust can’t easily go into my things in that basket..hahahaha. Problem solved 😆

How to wrap a simple, easy, cheap and unique birthday present – chocolate style

Hello everybody!!! Good Friday morning, everyone 😘

Sorry, was busy with some deployments job. Just want to share with you a simple, easy and unique present wrap that I made for my niece. Haha, yes….you heard it right!! I love something which is easy, beautiful, unique and also cheap. 😂

So here u go, what you really need is…

1. Scissor

2. Glue

3. 2 plain color of paper

4. Cute ribbon or chocolate cover *optional

How to wrap a present – Cheap, Easy and Unique way (chocolate design)

1. Wrap the whole present like this, and put doible sided tape at the end of the paper. Make sure you fold it before put on the double sided tape.

2. Then, at both end of the present, just put in the glue inside, and keep it together like this..

3. Cut the edge of both side, with zig-zag design..

Cut it zig-zag, u can refer below picture

4. Cut off another color of paper square, and simply glue on top of the present like this..

Tadaaa!!! The end product will look something like this. You can put on the cover wrap chocolate paper, or ribbon for decoration ❤

HelloOoooOooooo Everybody!!!!

Ni hao ma?? Its a holiday week!! Whoot whoot!!! 🥳🥳🥳

As you know, for Malaysian, we have yearly festival Chinese New Year on upcoming 1st and 2nd February. Then, following our replacement state holiday on 3rd February. So, it’s happened that…we…Malaysian who stayed in Kuala Lumpur going to have 3 days leave..straight from 1-3 February 2022. Whoot!! Whoot!! Wasn’t it awesome?? I love Malaysia coz we have a lot of festival and lots lots of leaaaveesss 😁

Soo, everyone. Since the pandemic still going on, and seems like will never go away, so we were mostly travelling within our states. On this weekend, we going to go “Sekinchan!!!”. So, I’m starting to pack light, coz we just going to stay for a night 😂

Just want to share some trick and tips for a light and budget packing. For those who using contact lens, I’m pretty sure you got a lot lot of these right???!! Contact lens casing. When you buy the saline, you will probably get one. I have a lot, so I try to multipurpose the use of it.

I don’t have any allergic to plastic and kinda rough and tough skin, so I can use this way. For those who have a very sensitive skin, it is not advisable to store your skin care like this 😅

Okay, that’s all for now..tonight I’m going to pack my cloths..and just using my laptop backpack!! Hahaha!! I’m not a lazy traveller..I’m just a minimalist on budget 😃😄😆😅

Hi everyone! It’s weekend! Time to enjoy ourself and reward our soul.

I just wanna share some cool items that I bought, helped me in saving my electric consume for my wardrobe. I bought 4 sensor LED magnetic light for my wardrobe. It will turn on when detected movement, and off when no movement. It helps me in finding my things/cloths well, rechargeable and portable LED lights. 🥰

It comes with magnetic pad, which already have adhesive sticker at the back. I just need to peel it and stick anywhere I want. So easy installation 😃

At the back of the light has another magnetic pad that already been sticked. I think the magenetic pad is a good item to buy separately and experiment with other stuff, especially for kitchen storage. I will explore it with other things as well, to make room/house more sleek look 🥰

The DC port, and it has option auto-as for auto-on when it sense some movement, auto-off when no movement; and I can turn it on always or off. It has options what I need.

Tadaaa..yess..im bad in installing stuff. I just stick it for a practical practice without thinking its nice to look or not 😄

How it basically looks like….i still need a lot to declutter…idk how long it will goes..coz its been going for about 3years to declutter my wardrobe. I’m taking it out, slowly and follow my own timeframe 😂

Okay everyone…idk when I’m gonna install my RGB LED for my whole room. I’m still looking for a better idea on that.

Hey…..psstt…pssttt ☺

Hey everyone…it’s been awhile not updating my blog. Apologize for that, coz busy helping my project manager in some deployment.

So hey, how are you guys? Hope everyone safe from Covid-19. How’s the cases in your country? It’s getting higher here in Malaysia, for the trend of new Covid-19 cases, Omicron. So, we just have to “Kita jaga kita”. Its a slogan been used in Malaysia as translated in english “We took care ourself”. So, everyone, stay safe and don’t forget to wash hands, sanitize accordingly and stay healthy ok? 😉

I’d experiment something today. I’d slept so early last night, and woke up so early today. Im feeling so fresh! I think I just want to change slightly of my routine habits, to sleep early and wake up early. I slept at 9.30pm, and woke up at 5.00am. I think it’s a perfect sleeping time for me. So, you got to explore and experiment yourself, which is works for your own body.

I try to change little by little towards minimalist lifestyle. I don’t go for drastic, my body and my mind just can’t accept drastic impact. I need to move slow. Starts by, arranging my wardrobe and now..chanhing my sleeping time. Normally, i will sleep at 11,12 sometimes 1am, wokeup at 6 something in morning and i feel exhausted. I try something new today..sleep at 9.30pm and wake up at 5.00am. It looks okay, lets see for several months if there is any improvement in my living quality.

Just a lil planning, to have some morning walk over the weekend. Let’s start next week or perhaps tomorrow…just to maintain the energy level 😃

Okay guys, thats all for today. Will post what I’ve done for past few weeks to minimize my wardrobe and keep it minimalized.

Hi Everyone!! Happy New Year 2022 to all of you!

This going to be my 1st post in 2022.

My resolution for this Year 2022 is to reduce buying unnecessary things, and recycle whatever that I can recycle. Keep things simple.

Im still struggling on how to minimize my stuff, especially wardrobe. Since I got lot of empty boxes, so I was thinking my 1st project in this Year 2022 is to make DIY undergarments drawer organizer.

Here below are some ideas I’ve been looking through the internet…but I’m going to create my own organizer using things that I have.

The New Hobby!! 🥰

Hi Everyone!! How are you? Hope everything goes well.

Recently, I got a new hobby..it’s Aquascape 😃

I managed to buy the equipments and tools for over a month. Yes!! You hear it right! Over a month ‘coz I’m collecting the daily free shipping. So, at least I save up on the shipping fee for the new hobby. Weee!! 🥳

So…here you go. Here are things that I bought online for my Basic Aquascape…

All what you need for a basic aquascape equipment and tools 😃

3. Small size sand. I’m using Montana sand.

6. Mini grass seed, Purple Reddish leaf seed and Mini leaf seed. I’m using this for the base of my Aquascape 😃

So…..mine was a simple Aquascape like this…we shall wait for a week for the seeds to sprout. It needs ton of patience. I keep it for at least a week…so it happened to be like this on the forth day….

Till then, I will show you the final product.

What my relaxing day will be…is…Decluttering day!! Yeppie 🥳

Today, we going to sort this portion in my wardrobe

Tips On How To Divide Unuse Items 😃

I have lots of scarf. I don’t use any technique out there, there are tons of decluttering technique, which I find its kind stressful to learn 🙃

So, what I did, I just slowly divide it, which I frequently use, and which I seldom use. Those I frequently used, I already hang it on my wardrobe. Just these left to give away, because of it looks like new, so I still keeping if until now.

Here are things that I don’t use anymore, but I still keeping it coz some have sentimental value

I think it’s time to re-visit the scarf back and divide it to which I can donate/sell off, which I still wanna keep. I don’t go drastically wipe away all my things, coz most of my things have sentimental value. Im still fighting to get rid of things that have sentimental value to it. I do it, slowly….but surely. 😁

All of these..Im going to sell/donate. Okay, I love sequence, so I do my things follow the sequence. I will try to sell it first, if don’t have any buyer, then I will donate it to those needed it the most 😀

Okay, all these are tough to let go..the green and pink I bought when Im traveling to South Korea, the White-Grey and blue I bought when Im traveling to Bali. The light grey is the most comfortable scarf i wore when Im traveling to South Korea. So, I will still keep these scarf and let see if I can get rid of these in future 😃

So, Everyone…that is how I divide things to declutter my stuff..we only use what we want, we get rid those we don’t. But, I have a problem with sentimental value stuff, and I have tons of sentimental value stuff, that I don’t use and need to get rid of it one day…this is just a portion of my wardrobe..a lot more to go….🥲

It’s Time to Plan Out for 2022 🥳

Hi Everyone!! How are you doing today? I hope you all well.

Its almost end of October 2021, I think it’s a good time to start plan out some plans for 2022. Write it down, what have you achieve this year and what you want to achieve for next year 😃

THINGS I HAVE ACHIEVED IN 2021

Its been some achievements that I’ve successfully accomplish for 2021…Thank You to the Most Gracious God. Alhamdulillah. So, here I’m listing down things I’ve accomplished in year 2021.

1. Personal Loan and Car Loan Settled

During these pandemic situation, the Malaysia government has implemented Moratorium for the whole Malaysian. These means, they are some freeze activities on the car loan, house loan monthly payment, which soon will extended in future. Means, when the Moratorium for 6months implemented, its automatically for those has car loan or house loan, will be waive for 6months, and it will bring forward to the next 6months future. So, I used these kind of pandemic relief to settle off my personal loan and car loan. Its a big relief, and I do appreciated it 🥰.

2. Bought 2nd Property

So, when pandemic happened, people are losing job, there were more auction houses, developed houses had very less demand, the value of houses reduced below the market value. Economy crush, but Im luckily managed to get a house with zero deposit. Actually, it wasn’t that zero, you still need to pay, but not a lumpsum deposit. Its by installment 😃 but hey, I managed to get my 2nd property during the pandemic.

3. End Toxic Relationship

Well…well…well. This is so much interesting how I get rid of the toxic relationship. It was really not easy to get rid of 16 years relationship. Okay, its my 1st love thing, we had a on/off kind of relationship. We broke up firstly because he got married to his mother’s choice, who is his own cousin. After awhile, get together back when he explains why it happened, okay I accepted at first, twice..or thrice. But, in July 2021, I asked myself. Why do you feel you were likr a second option, not the mai priority. Eventhough he said, he love you more than the wife, but deep inside, I’m still thinking, if that so, why he has 4children with that woman? Guys, when someone said, they love you but yet has so many children with the partner, don’t believe them. Even if you believe, and even it’s real, guys and ladies, you deserved someone better who make you their own priority. Sometimes, you need to hurt your heart so that you soul in a peace. Love your own soul and ask what your soul needs the most, not what it wants. So I asked myself, I found myself as his second choice, he don’t have much time for me like how he used to when he still single. Eventhough, we still do love each other, its time to say Goodbye. When I know its became a toxic is when he didn’t reply my text and when I cried more than I laugh. For me, its better not to neither cry nor laugh rather than cried most of the time. So 17 July 2021, I said goodbye and blocked him. Thank you for the wonderful 16 years. 🙂

4. Managed to Get Higher Pay

Okay, this topic is interesting too. My salary crash on 2018, due to instable politics, its hardly to get job. Until finally, end 2019 I managed to get a job at GSK…until pandemic happen in 2020. By end of 2020, GSK announced to shut down their IT department in Malaysia, migrated to India. Again, a big loss for us, to find a new job during the pandemic situation. Its been told that, its their business strategy and reorganization. I’m one of the impacted staff, but luckily I got a new job before the end date line. So, end of 2020, I shift to a new job, back to insurance industry. Then, until recently..the 2nd wave lockdown in Malaysia, I am managed to get a better salary job. Lockdown implemented in May 2021, then we just recently open the economy back to normal in October 2021. Well, when I do a market survey, Business Analyst, Developer, System analyst etc related to IT is on high demand! Its spree time to find better company and better salary+benefit. Guys, please pray for me to get better salary, better boss and colleague guys. Im praying for you too, to have a good raise, good people and good environment. Amin. So, yes, its kinda high increment..I should say more than 30% in the market. Yay!!! 🥳

THINGS TO ACCOMPLISH IN 2022 ONWARDS

So I made some categories and elaboration on things I want to minimize by end of year 2022…check these out..

1. 100% Financial Freedom

Well, I still have credit card outstanding. Im targeting to zerorize it by end of this year. 🥳

2. Positive Working Environment

Im looking forward for a sustain company where I can grow my career, I hope can get it soon. Amin.

3. Minimizing Wardrobe….Again 🙄

Yes, its been 3 years I’m doing this activity, haha. For a person who always have different sizes, its the most tough activities for us. I have M size clothes, L size, XL size and 2XL size. I was thinking, the best way is minimalize my shape and keep only 1 size.

4. Healthy Lifestyle

Yes, from the wardrobe issue, I think I need to start back the healthy lifestyle. Get back to gym or morning walk. 😃

So, when your favourite candle finished, done throw it away!! Re-use the candle and make a new one!! Yes, you heard it right..Re-Use!! 😃

Tips on How to Re-Use your Favourite Candles

1. Burn your old candles with the burner

I’m using this kind of burner to burn my old candles

2. Put 2 pencils like these..to hold the wick

3. I put the wick like this, you can put it in your very own way.

4. Leave it for half an hour..it will harden like this.

5. Cut the excess wick, and remove all the dirts from the candle jar. Tadaaa 😍
